Planet-X And the Sixth Seal

Excerpt from the book The Return of Planet-X by Jaysen Q. Rand (pp. 136-144):

Could this "Planet of the Crossing," called 'Nibiru' by the ancient Sumerians, be the actual culprit for Earth's pole shifts? Could the timing of this object's passage be why so many ancient cultures believed that the Earth underwent cyclic destruction every 3,600 - 4,000 years?

Could this "Planet of the Crossing" called 'Nibiru' by the ancient Sumerians, be the ver same 'object' that the ancient Egyptians called the "terrible comet," the people of South and Central America called "the sky serpent," and the Hopi called it "Saquasohah," and the Babylonians "Marduk," and the Chinese calling it "the red dragon?"

Could this be the same object that has been called "dark star," Earth's "nemesis," and "the destroyer of civilizations?"

The logical conclusion to all of these questions is obviously -- yes!

Just like the ancient cultures of the Earth were experiencing the same global cataclysm but recording them in 'different ways,' these same civilizations were also observing the same celestial object -- but simply calling it by 'different names.'

We must also conclude that this rogue 'celestial object' has a fairly predictable orbit (possibly around thirty-six hundred years) and it was the attempt to keep track of this object's periodic passages that made the Sumerians, Maya, Inca, Egyptians and so many of their ancient counterparts build and maintain very sophisticated and accurate observatories -- all in a gallant effort to keep track of this object's 'cycle of destruction' which it reaps upon the Earth.

The ancient Sumerians may have called this "Planet of the Crossing," 'Nibiru,' but modern-day astronomers have now labeled it Planet-X.

The search for Planet-X

Today, the science of astronomy is in its infancy; we still know little about our own solar system and even less about the universe at large. Even the little that we do know (or at least think we know) about our solar system has only recently been discovered.

For instance, the planet Uranus was completely unknown to western scientists until very high-powered telescopes could be produced in 1781. Neptune was only pinpointed by astronomers (guided by mathematical calculations) in 1846, and it wasn't until the 1930s that Pluto was actually discovered.

Today, astronomers are still struggling to identify all of the objects in our own solar system. It wasn't until 1999 that Prospero, Setebos and Stephano, three of Uranus's moons were discovered. In January of 2003, astronomers announced that they had just discovered three new moons of the planet Neptune. There types of discoveries are happening all the time, almost on a daily basis. We are however, still in the beginning stages of our astronomical knowledge and there is a lot about our own solar system that we still don't know or understand.

For example: After Pluto was discovered in the 1930s, it became evident that this was not the last of our solar system's planets that needed to be accounted for. For several decades after the discovery of Pluto, astronomers watched as the outer planets of our solar system displayed strange 'wobbles,' and seemed to behave as if they were being 'pulled' out of their normal orbits by something from deep space - something quite massive existing outside our solar system.

Astronomers soon concluded that indeed, something else was out there, something extremely massive with an incredibly strong gravitational signature -- perturbing the outer planets of our known solar system. Astronomers labeled this unknown and mysterious object "Planet-X." (X simply stands for unknown, so Planet-X is a designation for an unknown planet.)

In 1972, the Institute of Theoretical Astronomy in Leningrad used the perturbations in the orbit of known comets to help calculate the existence of Planet-X. In that same year, astronomers at the Livermore Radiation Laboratory in California used the perturbations in the orbits of Halley's comet and two other (unspecified) objects to also mathematically demonstrate the existence of this massive and mysterious object traveling outside of our visible solar system.¹³

By the late 1970's, most astronomers had enough theoretical and mathematical evidence to be convinced that our solar system was in fact composed of more than nine 'known' planets. Just like the ancient Sumerians stated in their historical records, our solar system had a '10^th Planet,' which seemed to be traveling in deep space out beyond the normal boundaries of the solar system. The only thing left to do at this point was to identify this dark, mysterious object traveling somewhere outside the orbit of Pluto and to determine its exact 'orbital track' around our Sun. In other words, where exactly was this object, and more importantly -- where was it going and when!

Then, in the early 1980's, the search for the mysterious 10^th Planet (Planet-X) strangely escalated in intensity as NASA and other governmental institutions suddenly became 'very interested' in this astronomical enigma. In December of 1981, Astronomy Magazine carried an article stating:

Astronomers are readying (visible light) telescopes to probe the outer reaches of our solar system for an elusive planet much larger than the Earth. Its existence would explain a 160-year-old mystery. The pull exerted by its gravity would account for a wobble in Uranus' orbit that was first detected in 1821 by the French astronomer, Alexis Bouvard.

Dr. Tom Van Flandern of the U.S. Navel Observatory thinks this "tenth" planet may have between two and five Earth masses...his team also presumes that, like Pluto, the plane of the undiscovered body's orbit is tilted with respect to that of most other planets and that its path around the sun is highly elliptical (like that of a comet).¹⁴

Could it be that modern astronomy was just catching up to the ancient Sumerian's knowledge of our solar system? Could this massive object (perturbing the outer planets) be the same object the ancients called 'Nibiru' -- "The Planet of the Crossing?"

And shouldn't we assume that the ancients (including the Sumerians) 'got it right' the first time?

The above article makes two important points that should be noted at this time. First, this story mentions this sought after object has a highly 'elliptical' orbit around our Sun. This means that its orbital course takes it through our inner solar system as it travels around our Sun, and then back out into deep space -- just like a comet. It's this object's passage through out inner solar system (where the Earth is also located) -- that causes all of the geologic upheavals to our planet.

The second important point the above article mentions is that this huge celestial object, many times larger than Earth, has an orbital plane which is 'tilted' to the normal orbital plane of our solar system. In other words, picture a large dinner plate sitting on a table. If our Sun was hypothetically located in the middle of this plate, all the known planets would be travelling around the Sun while remaining on, or close to, the plate itself -- this is what's known as the orbital plane of the solar system. The nine known planets in our solar system orbit around the Sun in a semi-flat plane of travel.

But this sought after 10^th Planet does not follow this normal orbital trajectory. It travels around the Sun by coming up from 'under' or 'below' the plate, and then travels away from the Sun 'above' the plane of the plate. This 'abnormal' orbital path may be another reason why it is so difficult to visually locate this object approaching our inner solar system from behind the Sun.

In other words, if this object travels around the Sun by coming up from under the Earth's normal orbital plane -- it may only be possible to see this object approaching from the southern most part of our planet -- the South Pole. Note: In recent years it has been rumored that there is an unusual amount of astronomical equipment and scientists stationed at the South Pole (Antarctic), thus leading some to speculate that theses scientists (from many countries) may all be watching for this 10^th Planet's 'Southern' approach. [In 2007, an infrared telescope was installed at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station.]

Throughout the early 1980's, however, astronomers searched for this elusive 10^th Planet without success. Even though NASA could theoretically determine where this planet should be located, and then point their powerful light gathering telescopes in that direction, this object did not seem to be emitting any 'visible' light signature -- and NASA was then forced to try and find another means of actually observing this massive 'dark' object approaching from deep space.

And so it was on 19 June 1982 that the New York Times reported:

A pair of American spacecraft may help scientists detect what could be a 10^th planet...the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) said Thursday. Scientists at the space agency's Ames Research Center said the two spacecraft, Pioneer 10 and 11...might add to (the) knowledge of a mysterious object believed to be beyond the solar system's outermost known planets. The space agency (NASA) said that persistent irregularities in the orbits of Uranus and Neptune suggest some kind of mystery object is really (out) there.¹⁵

On 28 June 1982, Newsweek Magazine also reported:

When scientists noticed that Uranus wasn't following its predicted orbit for example, they didn't question their theories. Instead they blamed the anomalies on an as yet unseen planet and, sure enough, Neptune was discovered in 1846. Now astronomers are using the same strategy to explain quirks in the orbits of Uranus and Neptune.

Thomas Van Flandern of the U.S. Naval Observatory...admits a tenth planet is possible, but argues that it would have to be...big..at least the size of Uranus (or larger).

To resolve this question, NASA is staying tuned to Pioneer 10 and 11, the planetary probes that are flying through the dim reaches of the solar system on opposite sides of the Sun.¹⁶

Both of these articles from June 1982 are also important because they both mention that NASA was using the Pioneer 10 and 11 spacecraft in an attempt to positively identify Planet-X. The reason this is important is because both of these spacecraft are equipped with 'infrared detectors.' Remember, NASA was not having any luck finding this object with 'visible light' telescopes, so they had to try something new -- and 'infrared' detection equipment was the next logical step.

The search for the 10^th planet stayed in the news throughout 1982 and into 1983. According to another New York Times article dated 30 January 1983:

Something out there beyond the farthest reaches of the known solar system seems to be tugging at Uranus and Neptune. Some giant gravitational force keeps perturbing the two giant planets, causing irregularities in their orbits. The force suggests a presence that's far away and unseen, a large 'celestial object' that may be the long-sought Planet-X.¹⁷

QUESTION: Why all the sudden interest in Planet-X? With budget restraints being what they are, why was NASA, JPL, the U.S. Naval Observatory and the Ames Research Center (utilizing both the Pioneer 10 and 11 spacecrafts and a host of other powerful observatories from around the world) all of a sudden becoming so 'interested' in 'Planet-X' in the early 1980's -- and not so much now?

Did NASA and other government institutions begin to figure out and accept the true cataclysmic history of planet Earth? Did it all of a sudden dawn on someone (in the government) that "Nibiru" might be on its way back into the solar system? And, therefore, was it time to start looking for this object (again) like so many ancient civilizations in the past did?

Then, later in 1983, NASA struck pay dirt! NASA's newly launched IRAS (Infrared Astronomical Satellite) actually spotted a large, dark, mysterious object coming towards us from the depths of space. Their discovery was first mentioned in a 1983 Washington Post interview with the chief IRAS scientist from JPL in California, Dr. Gerry Neugebauer.

The Washington Post article stated the following:

A heavenly body possibly as large as the giant Jupiter and possibly so close to Earth that it would be a part of this solar system has been found in the direction of the constellation Orion, by an orbiting telescope (IRAS)...So mysterious is this object that astronomers do not know if it is a planet, a giant comet, or a nearby proto-star (dwarf star) that never got hot enough (or big enough) to become a star.

"All I can tell you is that we don't know what it is," said Gerry Neugebauer, chief IRAS scientist.

The most fascinating explanation of this mystery body, which...casts no (visible) light and has never been seen (before) by optical telescopes on the Earth or in space, is that it is a giant gaseous planet, as large (or larger) than Jupiter. (Keep in mind that Jupiter is 318 times the size of Earth).

"If it is really that close, it would be a part of our solar system," said Dr. James Houck, of Cornell University's Center for Radio Physics. "If it is that close, I don't know how the world's planetary scientists would even begin to classify it."

The object (has been spotted) on the western edge of the constellation of Orion...and there has been some speculation that it might be moving toward Earth!¹⁸

As we shall soon see, the fact that this object casts no 'visible' light and was finally spotted by an 'infrared' telescope, is a very important piece of evidence in identifying what this object actually is.

And then on 10 September 1984, US News & World Report published an article entitled: "Planet-X -- Is it really out there?" According to this article, astronomers were studying this newly discovered object, which had now been verified several times, but still were not sure exactly what it was. The article mentioned that the Pioneer 10 and 11 space probes were going to help further investigate this mysterious object, which was suspected to be the legendary 10^th Planet.

The reason that scientists from NASA were having a difficult time identifying Planet-X, and in turn classifying it, was that these modern-day astronomers had never actually encountered this type of celestial object before. (Even though our ancient ancestors apparently did with success!)

Then, all of a sudden, any further 'confirmation' or 'public discussion' of this object from any 'official source' -- immediately stopped. Scientists at NASA, JPL and many other government institutions studying the location of Planet-X, were mysteriously and officially 'silenced' and 'would not' or 'could not' discuss this subject any further. Shouldn't we be asking them why??

Any further investigation of this mysterious object was also at this point, 'compartmentalized.' Compartmentalizing is a process of breaking a project into so many small, isolated parts, that the people working on the project have no idea of what the full project entails or is made up of. A good example of this is the designing and building of new secret military aircraft. Different teams of people work on different components of the plane, some work on a wing, others on the landing gear, still others on the electronic systems, and so on. Very few people, however, know what their individual systmes are ultimately being designed for -- and only a few people at the very top of the project know the airplane's overall design, components and military designation.

As we will see, suppressing a scientific finding like the discovery of the 10^th Planet, and then compartmentalizing any future research of this object, is extremely effective. Today most astronomers, even within NASA itself, have no idea this object has been discovered and is probably heading toward planet Earth.

As the 1980's moved along, it was rumored that both the Pioneer 10 and 11 space probes were continuing to monitor this newly discovered celestial object, triangulating its exact location and calculating its trajectory and speed, but NASA (who now had the topic of Planet-X sealed under a lid of national security) -- would not 'officially' confirm any of this information.

This sudden 'wall of silence' is certainly understandable in light of what we have already investigated in this book. If the Earth has been repeatedly visited in the past by this now 'inbound' object, and if this object's massive gravity were responsible for destructive geophysical upheavals of the past (and the total destruction of many ancient civilizations), the last thing any 'government officials' would want to do is star alerting the general public to this predicament? It is likely that once NASA and other government institutions began to realize the full magnitude of the situation we are currently facing, the lid of national security was tightly placed over any further discussion of Planet-X, and subsequently, any further release of information regarding the details of this object was strictly prohibited and continues to this day.

But secrets such as this are hard to maintain and soon Dr. John Anderson, a celestial mechanics investigator with NASA's Pioneer spacecraft project, confirmed o reporters that he believed a large 'celestial object' was orbiting our Sun -- even though recent analysis of the trajectories of the Pioneer 10 and 11 spacecraft have shown no indication of the gravitational effects of this celestial object.¹⁹ Oops! Could it be that the rumors about Pioneer 10 and 11 spacecrafts (being sent out to track this celestial object) were more accurate than the public was being told?

Dr. Anderson also went on to tell reporters that this object in question (the 10^th Planet) probably traveled in an elongated 'ellipse' around our Sun -- nearly at right angles to the plane of the orbits of the 'nine' planets in our system as it approaches Earth from behind (the light) of the Sun.

Once again, picture all of the planets in our solar system traveling around a dinner plate and this tenth planet (acting like a rogue comet) -- coming up from under the plate and crossing through the plane of our solar system at a right angle -- then heading back out into deep space again above the plane of the plate.

Could this tendency for Planet-X to 'cross' the orbital plane of the other planets in our solar system be why the ancient Sumerians referred to this object as the "Planet of the Crossing?"

NASA and other government research institutions continued to maintain a tight grip on the release of any further information regarding Planet-X over the next several years, but then a public relations nightmare suddenly struck NASA.

In the 1987 edition of the New Science and Innovation Encyclopedia, a diagram was accidentally published within an article discussing the purpose of the Pioneer 10 and 11 space probes. This diagram clearly showed both space probes triangulating a fix on what was labeled the "Tenth Planet."²⁰ Needless to say, both NASA and the New Science and Innovation Encyclopedia had some serious explaining to do! --Oops again!! Or was this 'Oops again' a planned leak?

We can only assume that this information was accidentally leaked and was never supposed to be published or released into the public domain. The article was immediately retracted and once again further information regarding the 10th Planet was tightly suppressed -- but persistent rumors still circulated regarding NASA's clandestine observations (via its two satellites).

Note: As of 2001, NASA scientists have publicly admitted that both the Pioneer 10 and 11 spacecrafts are 'suddenly' and 'mysteriously' being pulled out of their (normal) trajectories by some 'unknown' gravitational force. (You can bet that someone at NASA knows 'exactly' why these two spacecraft are being pulled off course -- because they know it's the gravitational effects of the approaching Planet-X.)

What exactly is Planet-X?

...In their book Cataclysm, authors D.S. Allan and J.B. Delair, give an example of an ancient Hindu text describing the approach of the 'celestial object' responsible for triggering the great flood. Their account states that the ancient Hindu god Brahma and his attendants observed the arrival of a 'celestial object' (that within the space of an hour) was of the largest size. It remained in the sky and (subsequently) triggered a world-wide flood.²¹

These are extremely important pieces of our puzzle, because from everything that is known about this object, we can safely say it 'sneaks' up on the Earth and is therefore not illuminated under normal conditions. Remember that in the early 1980's NASA started looking for this 10^th Planet using large 'visible light' telescopes, but had no success. It wasn't until they started using 'infrared' telescopes that they found what they were looking for -- and even these had to be launched into space, outside of Earth's atmosphere, in order to be able to see this object. As already mentioned, the Pioneer 10 and 11 spacecrafts are both equipped with infrared detectors, which is why these space vehicles were selected to help in monitoring and tracking Planet-X.

This lack of visible luminescence (until the object is physically in the Sun's solar wind and actually out-gassing its atmosphereic material) rules out normal rocky planets and illuminated stars and leaves only one category of celestial objects -- brown dwarfs!

Brown dwarfs are too small and cool to be considered true stars and too massive to be classified as planets...this particular type of celestial object just becomes a gigantic, dark, dense mass of smoldering space debris that never quite makes it to genuine 'star status.'

Is the entire concept of a giant 'brown dwarf' star cruising the solar system still unthinkable?

These objects are so massive, however, that if one were to pass through our inner solar system (even if it remained millions of miles from Earth), its massive gravitational influence would be more than ample to violently rip the Earth's crust around its molten core. A brown dwarf star is the perfect candidate to sneak up on the Earth and cause 'lithospheric displacement' -- thus triggering the massive floods, earthquakes and violent winds, with which we are now so familiar.

Brown dwarfs are also known as the 'dim bulbs' of the universe, which means that they are often very hard to see. They tend to emit light almost exclusively n the 'infrared' spectrum (which is why the initial sighting of Planet-X was made using an infrared telescope). In other words -- they emit very little 'visible light' and are almost impossible to see without infrared equipment. This is also why many ancient cultures referred to our solar system's brown dwarf star as the 'dark star.'

Planet-X, the Sixth Seal & the Wrath of God

The day of the Lord comes as destruction from the Almighty and it comes suddenly like the flood of Noah's day. Indeed, the coming of the Son of man is associated in scripture with the sudden destruction of the days of Noah and Lot.

Matthew 24:36-39
But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Luke 17:24-30
For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation. And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

We also know the day of the Lord is after the sixth seal according to Joel 2:31.

Isaiah 2:10-21
Enter into the rock, and hide thee in the dust, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty. The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day. For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low: And upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan, And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up, And upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall, And upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all pleasant pictures. And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day. And the idols he shall utterly abolish. And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth. In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats; To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.

The idea of shaking the heavens and the earth is associated with God's wrath.

Isaiah 13:6-13
Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty. Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart shall melt: And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames. Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir. Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

It is this shaking of God's wrath that comes after the sixth seal. So let's examine the sixth seal and we will see the same idea of the hiding in the rocks and mountains...

Revelation 6:12-17
And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

From the sixth seal, there is only the seventh seal separating the seals from the trumpets. The seven trumpets and seven bowls are God's wrath poured out on the children of disobedience. Ephesians 5:1-8 The seventh seal is only ½ hour of silence in heaven, meaning that the sixth seal event occurs on the same day as the trumpets, which are only handed out after all seven seals have been opened on the scroll written on both sides.

Is the sixth seal the result of "Planet X" orbit between the earth and sun?
What I believe this means is that Planet-X may be the cause of the blackening of the sun like sackcloth of hair, the turning of the moon to blood, the great earthquake and the stars falling from the sky (meteorites). The day of the Lord is marked by the sudden and unexpected passing of Planet-X between the earth and the sun, completely blocking its light. The first trumpet is fire and hail mixed with blood falling on the earth and the second trumpet is a great mountain burning with fire cast into the sea. All this happens suddenly, catching those on the earth by surprise. But God has not left us in darkness that we should be caught off guard like the world that rejects Him.

I think this could describe a planetary body, a brown dwarf star, passing between the Earth and the Sun:

It would cause earthquakes, etc. "there was a great earthquake"

It would also block the sun, removing it's light. Instead, there would be a big celestial body blocking any light from reaching earth. "the sun became black as sackcloth of hair"

The moon would appear just like in an eclipse, if it were on the opposite side of the earth, blood red like a hunter's moon. "the moon became as blood" Notice that while the moon is blood red, it is because it is darkened. This could also be explained by the infrared light emitted by a brown dwarf star.

Astro Seminar: Finding brown dwarfs Spheroid Wordpress (February 19, 2007) - In theory, an object that absorbs all radiation incident upon it — a “blackbody” — should re-emit that energy as a characteristic spectrum dependent only on the object’s temperature. Hotter objects emit more light at shorter wavelengths, and colder objects at longer wavelengths. While not perfect blackbodies, most stars are a reasonable approximation thereof. So really hot stars look bluish; medium-hot stars look yellow; cool stars look reddish; and cold little brown dwarfs look redder-than-red, a.k.a. infrared... For a little more insight into this spectrum thing, consider this diagram. It’s showing (approximately) the normalized spectra of Vega, a bright star of spectral class A, and of a brown dwarf.

Vega emits much of its light in the optical region of the spectrum, which is why we see it as shining so brightly. The brown dwarf does a lot of emitting in the near-IR, but is fraught with absorption lines of this and that, so the spectrum ends up a little raggedy.

Now let’s superimpose a few filter bands on those two spectra. The V band is at the center of the optical range (V for visible?); J and K are infrared. Vega is very bright in V but much less so in J. The dwarf, on the other hand, is bright in J but dim in V. So on a plot of J-V, the dwarf would have a high value and Vega a low one.

A question I have is how the light from our sun would react with the infrared radiation from a brown dwarf star? The light wouldn't be able to go through the star, but what about at the edges?

A large body like that coming in would probably also bring with it or pull debris/meteorites which would look like falling stars striking earth's atmosphere in bright streaks of light. "the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind"

Looking toward the body as it moved in it's orbit in front of the sun, the earth would be cast into darkness and you would see the stars disappearing as the celestial body passed in between their light and our eyes, making the stars appear to roll up as a scroll, disappearing behind the planet. "the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together"

Could "Planet-X" be the cause of the sixth seal???

Regarding the above quote, I do not believe those involved in guiding human thought regarding what is coming outside of the Bible are of God. (Spiritual wickedness in high places - Ephesians 6:12) Her discussion on the Coast to Coast AM show on January 12, 2008 was focused on protection on this planet through what is coming while the Bible warns us that only in Christ is there salvation from the earth during this time. Luke 21:34-36 Given Jaysen Q. Rand's belief of a binary brown dwarf star, I found this quote interesting.

Sumerians named this rogue planet Nibiru, the Babylonians named it Marduk. The ancient Mesopotamians believed that Nibiru was the 12th planet in our solar system and that it was “heaven” where their gods resided and came from. The Nibirians, the people of Nibiru, are often referred to as Anunnaki – or Nephilim. There is said to be a 10th planet headed towards earth on a trajectory that would cause catastrophic damage Globally, including severe earthquakes, polar shift, widespread volcanic eruptions, tsunamis etc. To find anything in the media talking about Planet X is a challenge to say the least.
It would seem however, that NASA is not only aware of Planet X, but actively hides this information from us. NASA is pretty quiet about Planet X. They certainly are not warning anyone to prepare for its passage. If you did not know any better you would conclude from this alone that Planet X is a hoax. However, the fact is that NASA was the first to announce the discovery of Planet X, back in 1980s as reported in the June 19, 1982 edition of the New York Times: Something out there beyond the furthest reaches of the known solar system is tugging at Uranus and Neptune. A gravitational force keeps perturbing the two giant planets, causing irregularities in their orbits. The force suggests a presence far away and unseen, a large object, the long-sought Planet X. Astronomers are so certain of this planet's existence that they have already named it "Planet X - the 10th Planet."

Apparently the announcement of the discovery was a slip because within a week they retracted it and have been publicly silent ever since. Yet, there is sufficient evidence that they have had an internal project tracking Planet X as this NASA internal document years later records:

If Planet X is really coming and NASA has been watching it for years, one would naturally want to know why they are not talking about it. James McCanney has dealt closely with NASA during his career, having had access to their data while he was at Cornell, and can explain why this is. He claims this is because NASA is under congressional order not to tell anybody if they discover a doomsday scenario coming—the same edict that restrains public officials from telling the public of an impending disaster and causing a panic. It has to go out through some official channel if it goes out at all. If this is true, then in light of NASA's demonstrated knowledge of Planet X, it s m ore frightening that they have been silent about it than if they had continued to update the public since their initial discovery, like they do with comets or new planets like Sedna and Xena. This indicates to me that they know its passing will not be harmless like Comet Hale Bopp's was seven years ago (which follows a similar orbit and is thought by McCanney to have been part of Planet X's entourage at one time.)

If we accept that NASA knows about Planet X but will not tell us for whatever reason, then what about the amateur astronomers who are not restricted from telling? Why are they not reporting Planet X? The problem, according to McCanney, is that Planet X's lack of brightness and position make it hard to see. Its current location makes it visible only in the Spring, rather than all year round. But even then you have to be on the right place on Earth because of Planet X's skewed elliptical orbit. McCanney claims that it actually approaches our solar system from below the ecliptic (plane of the planets' orbits) meaning the best viewing is from the Southern Hemisphere which is mostly water and less densely populated. McCanney comments on this in writing about the above Harrington abstract:

In 1991 Robert S. Harrington, head of the Naval Observatory, Washington, D.C. wrote an internal abstract which culminated over a decade of theoretical and observational astronomy with a team of experts. He was in charge of the NASA directed search for a large planet at the edge of our solar system that had been perturbing the orbits of the outer planets. Many previous attempts had been made, all leading to incorrect results ... but this time Harrington was certain that he had found the location of the large rogue planet. What is interesting is

NASA for decades had sponsored a search for this object with the highest level staff members available

it was fully aware that something big was entering our solar system and as you will see ...

it seems that anyone associated with the results has been silenced either by death or by fear. A shroud of secrecy and deception surrounds this entire story.

Part of the discovery of Planet X was based on the fact the outer large planets Uranus and Neptune were being pulled DOWN in their orbits. No other effect could cause such a change in the orbits of these planets except the existence of a very large previously undiscovered celestial object which had to exist down and in the direction of the unexplainable motions of these outer giant planets. Harrington knew that it had to be BIG and it had to be down below the plane of the planets (the ecliptic). He also knew that since it had not been there before that it must be a new body entering the solar system. Harrington wrote a brief abstract telling of his final trip scheduled to New Zealand in the Spring month of May to perform the blink photographic session with a 20 cm astrograph (approximately 8" aperture high precision camera). This seemed like what should be a routine observation and so sure was Harrington of the location of this object in the sky that he planned only two successive nights for the two required photos. These would be returned to Washington to determine the location and size of the new object.
An 8" camera in 1991 to 93 (the date that we believe Harrington made his final expedition ... NASA information is scarce) was not very large so we are not talking about professional grade equipment ... that is, this object was expected to be very large and Harrington knew it would be only visible during the month of May from a very southerly remote location on Earth. He chose New Zealand over the rugged uncharted regions of Patagonia in South America.

(The abstract referred to was quoted earlier.) So a big reason why Planet X is not obvious to the world already is because it is best viewed close to the South Pole—where there are fewer people and fewer observatories to find it. But McCanney reports another problem. At times there is much haze in the atmosphere that makes viewing a diffuse, dim object like Planet X hard to do unless you are looking directly at it from a 90 degree angle (only possible from the South Pole itself). All this, in conjunction with the science establishment's cover-up gives Planet X the conditions needed to blindside the majority of Earth's inhabitants.

Even someone from NASA has admitted the possibility of being blindsided. David Morrison, Director of Space & Astrobiology at NASA's Ames Research Center has spoken before Congress on the 0threat of cosmic impacts. He writes:

It is possible for a comet to 'sneak up' on Earth, escaping detection until it is only a few weeks from impact. A perpetual survey is required to detect long-period comets, and even with such a survey we cannot be sure of success.
Of course, Planet X is supposed to be bigger than a comet and therefore harder to miss as it gets closer. But there is another big reason Planet X would not be easily seen. Objects that approach us from our sunward side are obscured by the glare of the Sun and are nearly impossible to see. Here are two examples of asteroids that recently "blindsided" the Earth from the direction of the Sun.
From March 8, 2004:
An asteroid large enough to have flattened a city buzzed Earth earlier this month and was not seen until after it flew harmlessly by. The space rock approached Earth in the glare of the Sun, a blind spot that made it impossible to see during the day or night from any terrestrial vantage point. The event illustrates the potential of a surprise hit by an asteroid, astronomers said.
In a telephone interview, Williams explained there was no way to see the asteroid until it moved out of the Sun's glare and to the opposite side of Earth in relation to the Sun -- Earth's night side.
Here's another one from December 19, 2004:
Astronomers spotted an asteroid this week after it had flown past Earth on a course that took it so close to the planet it was below the orbits of some satellites. The rock approached Earth from near the Sun and so would have been nearly impossible to detect prior to close passage. It soared over Antarctica -- underneath the planet, Washington State University researcher Pasquale Tricarico told the Asteroid/Comet Connection. Astronomers are aware of this significant blind spot for asteroids that approach Earth while in the glare of the Sun. Only a space telescope could detect such objects before they arrive.
What Evidence Is There?
In spite of NASA's cover-up and the difficulty of an observation for amateurs, McCanney explains that there is quite a bit of evidence pointing to the existence and near passage of Planet X.

Perturbations in the orbits of the planets: As early as the mid-1800s scientists noticed the orbits of Neptune and Uranus not going exactly according to theoretical expectations. These deviations could not be explained by miscalculations in the masses of the planets, as the direction of the deviations was downward according to McCanney.

Solar Weather: McCanney says, "We're seeing the Sun at an excited level never before seen. There was a solar maximum in the year 2000 that would be the expected time for the Sun to reach the maximum of activity on its 11-year solar cycle, and after that it would be expected to diminish in energy over that 11-year span of time. We should be well on the way in the year 2003 to the solar minimum, but instead, the Sun is at an explosive state never before seen in the history of our solar system. My theoretical work shows how, in fact, the Sun is interacting with some large object that we have not seen yet -- NASA probably has seen it, but it is not telling us -- causing the dramatic solar flares that we're seeing." Earth weather has also been erratic in recent years (four hurricanes hitting Florida in 2004, for example). McCanney claims that this is directly a result of the increased solar activity which drives Earth's weather according to his proven theories. Many have been talking about increased earthquakes since the 1990s. One must wonder what is causing this change. There is a cause for every effect.

Could it be Planet X causing this? We see later from Scripture that great earthquakes will be associated with Planet X's passing. Because McCanney had not made an observation of Planet X, he refuses to speculate on the timing of Planet X. But in his own words, due to the scientific and historical evidence for Planet X, its passage is "not a question of if, but when."

What Will Happen When It Passes?

The odds of Planet X hitting us are very remote. But, unfortunately, an impact is not necessary to cause catastrophes. Because of the gravity and magnetism of Planet X, it will be able to disrupt things on Earth from a distance, just as it is allegedly already doing to the solar system.

Here's what McCanney says:
The effects on the Earth are very clear, both from my theoretical work and from what the ancients describe. There are episodes of mountain building. There could be a pole shift caused by a gravitational tidal wave that moves through the surface mantle of the Earth. There would be flooding both from tidal waves of the oceans, tremendous atmospheric storms and also from a huge pollution influx of oil and water -- hydrocarbons and water -- from inner planetary space onto Earth. And all of these things have been seen in the past. The Bible talks about, for example, when all the vermin, bugs, insects and snakes came out of the ground and overran the Earth [Ex 7-8—Ed.]. This was a direct result of the electric fields penetrating the mantle of the Earth and causing these creatures to leave the ground and come out of the ground. The atmospheric conditions include the increase in the number of volcanoes going off.
These planetary objects do not have to come necessarily that close to Earth to cause even dramatic Earth changes. Electrical discharges can occur between the planets even a distance apart. These, in fact, have been measured with NASA satellites where, in the 1990s, we saw incredible electrical discharges flow between Jupiter and Earth, taking out a number of our communication satellites. The scientists at that time were totally puzzled that outer space could do this. They still don't understand the very electrical nature of our solar system. Then there is also the debris which earth would travel through after the passage of Planet X. Earth would be literally bombarded with meteorites, dust and dirt...

NASA & Planet-X - When discussing Planet X, one inevitably encounters this knee-jerk rejectionist rant. "Well, if Planet X really did exist, our government would tell us about it." They have, so those of us who actively research the topic ignore these rejectionist rants because we know that they know. However, for those of you who are new to the topic, or are trying to discuss the subject with others, here are three undeniable speed bumps you can toss under those fast-moving rejectionist rascals. One of which, happens to be a smoking gun!

Planet-X: Is a Runaway Wrecking Ball Part of Our Solar System? - Ancient Sumerian texts indicate that the Earth (" Tiamat ") was struck by a large planet, which moved it into its present orbit, and created the Moon and the Asteroid Belt. In his books, The Twelfth Planet and The Cosmic Code, Zecharia Sitchin outlines this "celestial battle" as described in the Babylonian text called Enuma elish. The planet "Marduk" (the Sumerian " Nibiru "), as it came into the solar system on its clockwise elliptical course, struck Tiamat, which was moving in its ordained counterclockwise orbit. One of Marduk's satellites struck Tiamat first, followed by two more of Marduk's moons. Then Marduk itself, an enormous planetary body, struck Tiamat, smashing one half of the planet into pieces, which became the Earth's Moon and the "Great Band" (Asteroid Belt). The other half of the planet, which was struck by a smaller moon of Marduk, was moved into a new orbit, along with a chunk of material which became its moon. The new planet was then called "KI," meaning "cleaved one." The Earth's original moons were dispersed, many changing the direction of their orbits. Sitchin has also written in Divine Encounters, the planet where God the creator resides is referred to in the Bible as Olamin, the plural of Olam. The meaning of "olam" in the ancient world was a measure of a really long time, specifically related to the span of time between the periodic disappearance and reappearance of the planet Marduk/Nibiru on its vast 3,600 year elliptical orbit. The domain of Olamin was described as a kingdom which encompasses many worlds. According to Robert Temple, in The Sirius Mystery, the Dogon tribe of Mali call this planet "the egg of the world," and they say it is the origin of all things. They say of this planet that it is "the center of all things and without its movement no other star could hold its course." They say it is made of a heavy metallic compound called "sagala." The Sumerians also wrote that this planetary "god," Nibiru, "remade our solar system and remakes the Earth on its near passages. "According to the web site http://xfacts.com, the 12th Planet's periodic appearance and disappearance from Earth's view confirms the assumption of its permanence in solar orbit. In this it acts like many comets. The writers ask, why are our astronomers not aware of the existence of this planet? Even an orbit half as long as that of the comet Kohoutek (7,500 years) would take the 12th Planet about 6 times further away from us than Pluto. At this distance, the planet would not be visible from Earth. The ancient tale of Nibiru's Celestial Battle is actually scientifically sophisticated, and current advances in astronomy have recently corroborated certain aspects of the Sumerian cosmogony, among them the following:

The March 16, 1999 announcement by NASA at the 30th Lunar and Planetary Science Conference in Houston of the theory of the origin of Earth's Moon as a catastrophic collision with a "Mars-size planet."

Hubble's recent discovery of 18 (at last count) stars, and numerous Jupiter-size planets (last count 9) with highly elliptical orbits and retrograde (counterclockwise) orbits. Such orbits are now understood to be quite the norm in nearby solar systems, although they are considered peculiar in our own.

The 1994 announcement by NASA of a one-mile wide moon orbiting the 33-mile wide asteroid Ida, which follows the expectation that if a planetary body in this solar system exploded (or collided), the debris will be gravitationally bound in orbits around a primary body.

The Planet X and the “Jesuit Footage” Classified “Secretum Omega” www.secretum-omega.com (November 20, 2006) - "On the day 30 of April in the Palazzo della Provincia of Pescara took place the Conference "UFO? the Truth is Top Secret, from Area 51 to Planet X", organized by the Ufobserver Cultural Association. During the conference I related about underground bases in the USA and dedicated the last fifteen minutes of my speech to a very short summary of my work during last five years in a new direction that, starting from now, will be the leading topic of my future lectures. This is a little anticipation. In the year 2000 I was working in Rome as an editor in the Stargate Magazine and I wrote many articles about Fatima Apparitions, their famous Third Secret and other Vatican State-related mysteries. After the publication of these articles I started to receive many e-mails from a person who qualified himself as a Vatican insider longing to know me for my researches about Fatima. From those e-mails rose up the story of a presumed Vatican Intelligence Agency named S.I.V. code – Servizio Informazioni del Vaticano. According to this person the reason to establish the S.I.V. was the meeting with an Alien delegation at Muroc Air Field Base in February 1954 in presence of president Dwight Eisenhower and James Francis McIntyre, bishop of Los Angeles . After that incredible event McIntyre flew to Rome to refer everything to Pope Pius XII who decided to found the S.I.V with the aim to get every possible information about Aliens and how they interacted with the American Government. From then bishop McIntyre and Detroit Archbishop Edward Mooney became the main information co-ordinators between the USA and the Vatican State . Incredibly, later on there should have been some direct personal meetings between S.I.V. members and a nordic-looking race of Aliens coming from the Pleiades. These Aliens presumedly warned humans against another alien race met by the Americans in the California Desert . These meetings between S.I.V and Aliens took place mainly in the USA territory but also - twice - in the Vatican State , precisely in Vatican Gardens at the Papal Academy of Sciences in presence of Pope Pius XII. My Jesuit contact also confirmed to me the reality of the George Adamsky-John XXIII meeting and talked about some very interesting details about it. He also called "Secretum Omega" the highest secrecy level in S.I.V, equivalent to to the NATO Cosmic Top Secret."

The following videos are staged interviews with people in a bookstore by the author. I place them here because he goes into some of the topics with them. It's cheesy and staged, but there is some interesting ideas presented.

Nibiru-Planet of the Crossing - Video clip detailing the flyby of Planet X as described in prophecy by the ancient Sumerian people. Here is the text: "From deep within our galaxy, every 3,600 years, a great planet crosses between the Earth and the Sun. The results are cataclysmic for all... By April, 2003 the Red Planet is visible for all to see. Appearing as a Red Cross in the skies, it signals Earth changes are imminent. This video is simply text set to music with images in the background, but in reading some of what is said, it sounds like the kinds of events that are described in the seven trumpets and seven bowls of Revelation. I believe the Sumerians were a pre-flood civilization that was wiped out at that time. That they knew of "Planet X" isn't a big surprise considering the fallen angels were giving knowledge and the orbits of the planets is predictable. It is soon after this that Christ returns in glory and sets up His millennial kingdom. After the thousand years are up, this heaven and earth will be destroyed completely and a new heaven and new earth will be created. The millennial reign of Christ will during a time unlike any we have known. Christ will be the light of the world and there will be no night. He will rule with a rod of iron and all the nations will come to worship Him at Jerusalem. This idea of "Planet X" and the events it would cause fit very neatly into what the Bible describes happening at the sixth seal and the more information I discover, the more sense it makes. While not all sources are going to be based in Truth, I'm finding many similarities to the Biblical account, which is Absolute Truth and the framework to which anything else should be tested and compared to.

Produced and hosted by Marshall Masters, a former CNN science feature field producer, it is an ideal Planet X / 2012 primer for those new to this vital topic. As the co-author and publisher of Planet X Forecast and 2012 Survival Guide, Marshall believes that 2012 will be a survivable, evolutionary event.

This video series is focused on mankind saving themselves through this destruction. This is not possible and fails to recognize the spiritual and eternal aspect of our existence. However, I found it informative regarding the threat and the description of events it could bring. Given my beliefs about the possibility of Planet-X being the cause of the sixth seal and also the earth changes leading up to it and the destruction following it, I wanted to share the series with the interested.

Planet-X Video - The current theory that our solar system has a 10th planet is primarily based on two fundamental points: 1) There is the historical data, brought to light primarily by Zecharia Sitchin, who using historical texts, artifacts, drawings and cylinder seals, propounded the theory that a planet called Nibiru is the 10th planet of the solar system, with an elliptical orbit that only brings it home every 3600 years. 2) There are scientific observations of a large Kuiper Belt object that has been perturbing the orbits of Neptune and Uranus. A search ensued from about the 1840's to discover an object that could explain this gravitational phenomenon (Planet X). Pluto was discovered in 1930, but it was concluded that it's gravitational influence was too weak to explain the anomaly. In the 1980s, this search was lead by NASA and some papers have been published and others have been withheld. There are also some scientific and astronomic suggestions that the Earth has a dark twin (Nemesis), a brown dwarf or failed star, whose movement might account for the long period comets that swirl into Earth from the Oort Cloud. If the dark star exists, as a companion to our Sun, then it could be conceivable that a planet may orbit in a ellipse around both of them.

The Kolbrin Bible

"The Kolbrin Bible is a 2-part, 11-book secular anthology. The first six books are called the "Egyptian texts" and were penned by Egyptian academicians following the Hebrew Exodus. The last five books are called the "Celtic texts" and were penned by Celtic priests following the death of Jesus. What makes the historical accounts in this book different from other ancient texts is that they were not written by the victors. Rather, they were faithfully recorded by those who survived numerous global cataclysms, thousands of years ago."

I have not read this book and am not offering it as a replacement for the Bible, but I find it interesting that the Exodus occurred around 3,500 years ago, the estimated orbit of Planet-X. What's more, there are some of the same kind of events that are foretold in the Bible to occur during the end-times that happened at the time of the Exodus as well. My only interest in this book is regarding the Egyptian texts following the Exodus and what is related to events they lived through and events foretold in the Holy Bible to come to pass during the wrath of God. The wrath of God begins with the seven trumpets sounding immediately after the sixth seal heralding the day of the Lord and the beginning of the wrath of God.

If indeed this brown dwarf binary star to our sun was the cause for what the Egyptians went through when Israel was saved by Yeshua in the Exodus, its estimated orbit is coming around the same time the Bible places the end of Israel's judgments and the midst of the 70th week of Daniel when the wrath of God will be poured out on the children of disobedience.

Does God's wrath coming by this natural event somehow diminish the supernatural aspect? No way! Do you realize that the orbits of the celestial bodies were created that way such that God is using the natural realm timed perfectly to His plans of redemption and judgment to affect His wrath?! If that's not supernatural and showing the power of God over what we can perceive for our benefit of understanding, I don't know what is.

My main differing with most who discuss Planet-X is that now, before its arrival, discussions of survival aren't necessary because if we accept Christ and obey His ways of selfless love, we are not appointed to the destruction that is coming. So my focus is to encourage those with ears to hear to develop your own personal relationship with the Creator of the universe now before any of this falls. Not only will He give you a peace that passes all understanding and an eternity in the presence of Love, but the wrath intended for the disobedient will no longer apply to you and the promised escape for them that love God will come before all this comes to pass and you will escape with the others who love God. NiburuShock2012 - This YouTube user has some videos presenting pictures posted which he claims comes from the South Pole Infrared Telescope. I don't know, but if we truly are less than a year away, they should be picking up images. They seem to be in the visible light spectrum and not infrared images though so time will tell.

Planet X and 2009 Searches - If the 6th seal is caused by Planet X and the timeline from HIStory, Our Future is correct, then the sixth seal would be in the early part of 2009.

According to the author of The Return of Planet-X, the 'first phase' begins with X's 'initial pass-through' in 2009 separated by three years until its 'second phase' -- wherein it makes its 'second pass' through the solar system in 2012.
Wikipedia: The Judge Dredd comic strip in 2000 AD has a tenth planet called Hestia, which actually orbits the Sun at nearly the same distance as the Earth but at such an angle to the plane of the other planet's orbits that it was not discovered until 2009. It is inhabited by a small colony of humans. However it also has an intelligent indigenous population, who keep their distance from the colonists. The planet is also home of the lethal Dune Sharks (flying shark-like predators which can burrow beneath the ground), some of which were transported to Earth by persons unknown, and which now inhabit the Cursed Earth desert.
