seriously as possible fulfillment of Bible prophecy in progress right

Christ to awaken the bride to the times in which she lives and the
nearness of our Lord's return for us.

The following events
transpire in the 2009/2010 timeframe. This information was taken from
Fulfilled Prophecy where there is a
2010-2014 rolling calendar tracking these
events. I believe this further supports the conclusions arrived at from
Bible prophecy through the plans of world-wide governmental bodies that show
a distinct transition in global politics, all surrounding the years
following the abomination of desolation according to the Bible study you
have read through.

EU foreign policy expected to enter 'new era'
EU Observer (April 6,
2008) - The European Parliament is seeking to bolster its role in the
bloc's common foreign and security policy (CFSP), with senior MEPs saying it
is time for Europe to become a "player and not just a payer" on the world
stage. Polish centre-right MEP and head of the foreign affairs committee,
Jacek Saryusz-Wolski, says that EU foreign is moving "from one era to
another" with the new Lisbon Treaty, due to kick in next year. The
proposed new EU foreign minister and diplomatic service as well as the
possibility for a group of member states to move ahead in defence
cooperation mean foreign policy is "one of the most innovative parts of the
treaty." The fact that Javier Solana, the EU's foreign policy chief, will
for the first time be present at the MEPs' annual debate on CFSP on
Wednesday (4 June) is in itself a "turning point," said the Pole at a
briefing on Tuesday. Euro-deputies will today debate a report that sets
out principles for the EU's foreign policy - such as respect for human
rights - calls for certain issues to be prioritised and says that the CFSP
budget from now until 2013 is "insufficient." "Either we have to beef up
foreign policy financially, or we have to rethink whether we really want to
be a global player," said Mr Saryusz-Wolski, who next week will travel
to Paris to discuss the issue with the incoming French EU presidency. "We
ask why is nothing ready, prepared for the events that will happen if the
treaty [comes into force], and we haven't had an answer," he said. "We are
asking this question also: do you have any hidden reserves? What's your
view? How to finance the new set up? No answer."
Democratic oversight
The report also calls for parliament to be given greater
democratic oversight over the area, which to date has remained firmly the
domain of member states. It suggests that the foreign minister "regularly"
appear before MEPs and that the parliament be "fully consulted" on who the
foreign minister should be, as well as what the diplomatic service should
look like. Deputies are also urging the future EU foreign minister to inform
the parliament before any "common actions" are taken. "If we start sending
soldiers into danger, it is up to the parliament to give its blessing," says
Mr Saryusz-Wolski. The report also takes a more long-term view of the future
of common foreign and security policy, with the head of the foreign affairs
committee urging the bloc to stop acting like a "fire brigade" rushing to
put out emergencies here and there and to think more of the "long-term
strategic interests of the Union
2030 years ahead."
EU army
Mr Saryusz-Wolski, who believes the union will gradually
develop its own army, says it is no longer enough that the bloc exercises
its traditional role as a soft power. "Too often we spend money without any
conditions being attached. I am against Europe being a payer and not a
player," he said. But he admits there is a "fear" in the parliament that
the foreign minister and the new permanent president of the European Council
may add to the trill of voices of on the EU stage all claiming to speak for
Europe and may not turn Europe into a player. The potential for overlap
between the two posts starting in January - and for rivalry with the
European Commission president is high. Debates on the posts are expected to
start in earnest in autumn and be wrapped up by December. In time-honoured
EU fashion, balancing who wins the posts will have to involve the
consideration of a series of factors, including nationality, whether a
candidate comes from an old or new member state or a small or big member
state, and the person's political hue.

January 20, 2009 - The significance of
the exiting of President Bush from the White House in January, 2009 caught
my eye. The
HIStory, Our Future
studies lead to the abomination of desolation and the rise of the antichrist
is February 16,2009. If that is the
case, our nation's new leadership will have just taken power for 27 days
when the future ruler of the world under Lucifer declares himself god in a
rebuilt temple. Revelation 13:4,
"And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto
the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the
beast? who is able to make war with him?" How convenient will that
be!?

Alliance of Civilizations by
2009 (July
17, 2006)
- September 2009 24-month implementation period of the Alliance of Civilizations ends
- This will launch the Alliance of Civilizations as a worldwide entity with a

SOUTHEASTERN ANATOLIA PROJECT
(AKA GAP) - In the 1930s, Mustafa Kamal Ataturk, the
founder of the Turkish Republic, enacted policies to survey Turkeys rivers
for energy as a means to meet the nations growing electricity demands.
Gauging stations along the Euphrates and Tigris rivers were established, and
geological, topographical, and groundwater surveys were conducted to
maximize both the surface and subsurface water resources within the basins.
By the 1950s, reconnaissance surveys were extended to Turkeys 26 different
river basins to develop energy and irrigation potential within all river
basins. During the 1960s and 1970s, separate water resources plans to
develop the Euphrates and Tigris rivers were drawn, which in 1977 were
merged into one water resources development project called the Southeast
Anatolian Project. In the 1980s, the Keban and Karakaya Dams along the upper
Euphrates river were developed and the Southeast Anatolia Project was later
expanded into a multi-sector project that included not only irrigation and
hydropower production, but also urban and rural infrastructure, forestry,
education, and health sectors. The multi-sector GAP Master Plan was
finalized in 1989 and a separate GAP Administration was established.
Construction of the Ataturk Dam was completed in 1990 and irrigation for the
GAP started at the end of 1994, when one of the twin Sanliurfa Tunnels from
the Ataturk Dam was opened.
GAPs projected
completion date is scheduled for
2010,
provided current financial difficulties and inflation do not further delay
the project. When the GAP is completed, 28.5 percent of the total water
potential of the country will be brought under control through facilities
along the Euphrates and the Tigris rivers. GAP will irrigate nearly 1.7
million hectares of land, or 20 percent of Turkeys total irrigable land.
Annual energy production from GAP will produce 22 percent of Turkeys total
energy production with an installed energy capacity of 7476 MW.
Real ID Act December 31,

- US Doctors Okays Policy Promoting RFID Chipped "Mark of the Beast"

- The American Medical Association has just
adopted a new policy that approves the concept of RFID computer chip implant
technology. The new technology is different than the "Angel Chip" implant
technology that is now in its infancy phase. "Angel Chip" technology is a
passive system that does not give out a radio signal. The new RFID chip
technology uses a microscopic radio transmitter and transmits a radio signal
much like a radio station only on a smaller scale. The new RFID technology
will enable anyone with an implant to be trackable by the government. The
new RFID technology is being hailed as a wonderful breakthrough for medical
information purposes as well as general identification and protection from
kidnappings or the individual becoming lost. The new technology will also be
adaptable for an electronic monetary system that would eliminate paper and
coined money. In effect, the RFID technology is in reality capable of
matching the Biblical prophecies found in Revelation 13 which refers to the
"mark of the beast" in which it is stated that no one will be able to buy or
sell without this "mark." The Greek term for "mark" can be translated as an
"etching" which is the precise word that describes the microscopic circuitry
on a computer chip - because it is "etched" onto the chip. RFID technology
is already now in use for tagging consumer and industrial products. Wal-Mart
and other companies have adopted RFID chip technology to speed up their
shipping systems and better track its inventories and just-in-time ordering
systems to minimize the chances of running out of stock and or being
overstocked. The AMA policy adoption is the first hurdle for the RFID
technology. It will have to approved in the USA by the FDA (Food & Drug
Administration) but with AMA approval, the FDA will most likely be a
rubber-stamp for the technology much like with the "Angel Chip" technology
of just two years ago. It would appear now that the only thing holding up
implementation of the 6-6-6 implantation policies of humans is:
#1. government approval of the concept of implantation in humans
#2. implementation of a new electronic monetary system that eliminates
paper/coin money
#3. mass production of RFID computer chips for human implantation
#4. The Antichrist himself and his False Prophet to appear and give the
mandated order for chip implantation.
The mass production of RFID computer chips for human implantation may take a
year or two of mass production to have enough to chip the entire human
population around the globe and to get everyone implanted.
At the earliest, we could expect this technology to
be in place globally with human implantation in as little as two years (2009)
but more likely in 2010 to 2012. For more on the

Oil Secrets Coast
to Coast AM (December 10, 2007) -
Minister Lindsey Williams shared suppressed knowledge regarding oil
companies and their supplies, that he said he learned of as a chaplain to
Alaskan oil pipeline workers in the 1970s. During this time, he was invited
to join a meeting of the top oil company officials, where it was announced
they had just discovered the largest oil pool in North America (and possibly
the world). The location, under Gull Island, in the waters of Prudhoe Bay in
Alaska, would provide more than enough oil and natural gas for the next 200
years, Williams was reportedly told. Yet, the day after the meeting, he was
informed that the discovery was "classified," and he later learned that oil
companies weren't going to announce the new supply until the price of oil
had reached $150 a barrel. Williams said he also found out that crude oil
was chosen in the early 1960s as a "method of control," and by having it
sold in US currency it helped pay off America's national debt. The fact that
oil is not currently being sold in dollars by many countries has contributed
to the decline in value of the dollar, he noted, and may pave the way for
the 'Amero,' the supposed currency of a North American Union
he says will come about
in 2010. This is all leading to the
New World Order.
Economic Cooperation
While economic troubles continue to grow, there is a
parallel collaboration between nations in the form of
free trade that is working to bring systems into
harmonization. It is my belief that this harmonization
will facilitate recovery after the planned collapse of
the economies over time and bring about the global
cashless infrastructure that the mark of the beast will
be used in. Without this mark, nobody will be able to
buy or sell. With technology providing the means to
accomplish this with RFID tattoo ink created by Somark
and in use in cattle already, combined with the already
introduced RFID "Paypass" style systems, the
infrastructure is already in place and all that is
needed is a collapse of the current paper-based monetary
systems to a fully electronic system that is only
accessible through a pledge of loyalty to the man of
sin, commonly referred to as the antichrist, and the
receiving of his mark that will double as an electronic
verification to be able to cooperate in this new
cashless system and buy or sell. Those without the mark,
will not have any means to buy or sell as businesses
will no longer honor expired cash of any type.

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and
poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their
right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man
might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the
name of the beast, or the number of his name
[authority].
Christ is the same
force as Lucifer but moving in seemingly the
opposite direction. Lucifer moves in to create the
light within through the pressure of experience.
Christ moves to release that light, that wisdom,
that love into creation... Lucifer, like Christ,
stands at the door of mans consciousness and
knocks. If man says, Go away because I do not like
what you represent. I am afraid of you, Lucifer
will play tricks on that fellow. If man says, Come
in, and I will give to you the treat of my love and
understanding and I will uplift you in the light and
presences of the Christ, my outflow, then Lucifer
becomes something else again. He becomes the being
who carries that great treat, the ultimate treat,
the light of wisdom. [Lucifer] is the light giver.
He stands no longer as the tester or the tempter but
as the great initiator, the one who hands the soul
over to the Christ and from the Christ on into even
greater realms.
Lucifer works within each of us to
bring us to wholeness, and as we move into a New
Age, which is the age of mans wholeness, each of us
in some way is brought to that point which I term
the Luciferic initiation, the particular doorway
through which the individual must pass if he is to
come fully into the presence of his light and his
wholeness.
At some point each of us faces the
presence of Lucifer. We either fear it when we come
to grips with what we term ancient evil or the
spirit of darkness, or we move throughit and realize
that we are each of us light and dark.
When we do
accept it, we can emerge into the radiance of our
inner light, the light that can never be
extinguished.
Lucifer comes to give to us the
final gift of wholeness. If we accept it then he is
free and we are free. That is the Luciferic
initiation. It is one that many people now, and in
the days ahead, will be facing, for it is an
initiation in the New Age.
In the New Age

Bush Hands Over Reins of U.S. Economy to EU
Newsmax
(November 19, 2008) - The results of
the G-20 economic summit amount to nothing less than the seamless
integration of the United States into the European economy. In one month
of legislation and one diplomatic meeting, the United States has
unilaterally abdicated all the gains for the concept of free markets won
by the Reagan administration and surrendered, in total, to the Western
European model of socialism, stagnation, and excessive government
regulation. Sovereignty is out the window. Without a vote, we are
suddenly members of the European Union. Given the dismal record of those
nations at creating jobs and sustaining growth, merging with the
Europeans is like a partnership with death.
At the G-20 meeting, Bush agreed to subject the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) and our other regulatory agencies to the supervision of
a global entity that would critique its regulatory standards and demand
changes if it felt they were necessary. Bush agreed to create a College
of Supervisors. According to The Washington Post, it would "examine the
books of major financial institutions that operate across national
borders so regulators could begin to have a more complete picture of
banks' operations." Their scrutiny would extend to hedge funds and to
various "exotic" financial instruments. The International Monetary Fund
(IMF), a European-dominated operation, would conduct "regular vigorous
reviews" of American financial institutions and practices. The
European-dominated College of Supervisors would also weigh in on issues
like executive compensation and investment practices.
There is nothing wrong with the substance of this regulation. Experience
is showing it is needed. But it is very wrong to delegate these powers
to unelected, international institutions with no political
accountability. We have a Securities and Exchange Commission appointed
by the president and confirmed by the Senate, both of whom are elected
by the American people. It is with the SEC, the Treasury, and the
Federal Reserve that financial accountability must take place.
The European Union achieved this massive subrogation of American
sovereignty the way it usually does, by negotiation, gradual
bureaucratic encroachment, and without asking the voters if they
approve. What's more, Bush appears to have gone down without a fight,
saving his debating time for arguing against the protectionism that
France's Nicolas Sarkozy was pushing. By giving Bush a seeming victory
on a moratorium against protectionism for one year, Sarkozy was able to
slip over his massive scheme for taking over the supervision of the U.S.
economy.
All kinds of political agendas are advancing under the cover of
responding to the global financial crisis. Where Franklin Roosevelt
saved capitalism by regulating it, Bush, to say nothing of Obama, has
given the government control over our major financial and insurance
institutions. And it isn't even our government! The power has now been
transferred to the international community, led by the socialists in the
European Union.
Will Obama govern from the left? He doesn't have to. George W. Bush has
done all the heavy lifting for him. It was under Bush that the
government basically took over as the chief stockholder of our financial
institutions and under Bush that we ceded our financial controls to the
European Union. In doing so, he has done nothing to preserve what
differentiates the vibrant American economy from those dying economies
in Europe.
Why have 80 percent of the jobs that have been created since 1980 in the
industrialized world been created in the United States? How has America
managed to retain its leading 24 percent share of global manufacturing
even in the face of the Chinese surge? How has the U.S. GDP risen so
high that it essentially equals that of the European Union, whose
population is 50 percent greater? It has done so by an absence of
stifling regulation, a liberation of capital to flow to innovative
businesses, low taxes, and by a low level of unionization that has given
business the flexibility to grow and prosper.
Europe, stagnated by taxation and regulation, has grown by a pittance
while we have roared ahead. But now Bush not Obama Bush has given
that all up and caved in to European socialists. The Bush legacy?
European socialism. Who needs enemies with friends like Bush?

World has 100 days to fix crisis: EU leaders
Economic Times
(November 8, 2008) - European Union leaders backed a 100-day
deadline by which the world's leading economies should decide urgent
global finance reforms, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said on Friday.
Sarkozy, who chaired a special meeting of EU nations, said the financial
crisis and economic downturn required a quick deal on an overhaul at a
Nov 15 summit in Washington bringing together leaders of the world's 20
largest industrialized nations and emerging economies. "We are in an
economic crisis. We have to take this into account," Sarkozy said. "We
have to react and we have no time to lose." "I'm not going to take part
in a summit where there is just talk for talk's sake," Sarkozy told
reporters after talks between the heads of the EU's 27 nations.
The EU is calling for a second global summit next spring to flesh out
changes to the way the world economy is governed. They want to see far
more supervision of big financial companies and are urging governments
to jointly monitor them. They want to prevent a repeat of the Wall
Street excesses that caused havoc in markets worldwide, and are bringing
emerging economies China, India and Brazil on board for talks on shaping
a new world economic order.
British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said the Washington talks should be
a "decisive moment for the world economy." A text agreed by EU leaders
says they want an early warning system that would watch for financial
bubbles and prevent "world imbalances'', such as the swelling US trade
deficit. They also suggest making the International Monetary Fund the
world's financial watchdog, suggesting it be given more power to curb
financial crises and give more money to aid countries in trouble.
The Europeans also want to close loopholes that allow some financial
institutions to evade regulation, and ensure supervision for all major
financial players, including ratings agencies or funds carrying high
amounts of debt. The leaders in a declaration called for greater
transparency in markets that would no longer omit "vast swathes of
financial activity from auditable, certifiable accounts." It also said
"excessive risk-taking must be overhauled," a reference to the sale of
high-risk debt securities and executive pay that may reward risk-taking.
EU leaders will call on the Nov 15 summit to agree immediately on five
principles: submit ratings agencies to more surveillance; align
accounting standards; close loopholes; set banking codes of conduct to
reduce excessive risk-taking; and ask the International Monetary Fund to
suggest ways of calming the turmoil. To date, European governments alone
have committed some 2 trillion euros ($2.6 trillion) in cash injections,
bank deposit guarantees, interbank loan coverage and partial or full
nationalization to prop up consumer and business confidence.
The damage done worldwide is fueling a search for a "new Bretton Woods",
a reference to the post-World War II conference that shaped the
international financial system. In Washington, there is little desire in
the waning days of the Bush administration for a major overhaul of
financial regulations. But the United States and European nations are no
longer the only players. China and Brazil and India are jumping at the
chance to join a major international effort.
G-20 finance officials nations will meet this weekend in Sao Paulo,
Brazil, to prepare next week's summit. This may pave the way for
emerging economies to play a larger role in global finance talks. France
is suggesting bring them on board as members of the exclusive world club
of G-8 industrialized nations which regularly meets to discuss the
global economy.

Coordinated European action needed to tackle financial crisis says the
European Parliament
European Parliament (October 22, 2008)
- MEPs say the EU needs a coordinated response on a range of fronts in
order to tackle the financial crisis and limit its impact on economic
growth, jobs and small businesses. In a resolution on last week's EU
summit, they also call for measures to improve financial supervision and
look at issues from climate change to the Caucasus. The resolution was
adopted with 499 votes in favour, 130 against and 67 abstentions.
Parliament stresses the importance of a coordinated macroeconomic
response to resuscitate global growth, without undermining the
principles of the stability and growth pact. MEPs also want to see
coordinated action to restore confidence in the financial markets.
Financial market crisis and the real economy
The crisis, says the resolution, has implications beyond financial
markets: for business viability, jobs, personal finance and SMEs.
Parliament stresses the paramount importance of ongoing access to credit
for citizens and SMEs and of investments in EU infrastructure to avoid a
dramatic downturn in growth and employment.
It therefore supports measure to return liquidity to the markets, and
the rapid reaction of the Commission in applying state aid rules on
measures taken to rescue financial institutions. When public money is
spent in this way, say MEPs, it must be accompanied by public oversight,
improvements in governance, limitations on remuneration, strong
accountability to public authorities and investment strategies for the
real economy.
MEPs welcome the setting up by the Commission of a high-level group to
consider the future supervisory architecture for EU financial services,
but they criticise the lack of Parliamentary involvement in the
Commission's "financial crisis cell".
Better supervisory structure for the future
Looking beyond the immediate crisis, MEPs reiterate their calls on the
Commission to propose measures to strengthen the EU regulatory and
supervisory framework and EU-level crisis management, including on
banks, credit rating agencies, securitisation, hedge funds, leverage,
transparency, winding-up rules, clearing for over-the-counter markets
and crisis prevention.
The Lamfalussy process should be strengthened, including colleges of
supervisors for cross-border institutions and a clearer role and legal
status for the Level 3 committees (which bring together all the Member
States' banking, securities and insurance supervisors). Parliament also
wants to see proposals drawn up for effective cross-border crisis
management.
Lisbon, climate change, energy, Caucasus conflicts
The resolution also considers other issues arising from the European
Council meeting last week. Among other points:
- Parliament reiterates its respect for the result
of the Irish referendum on the Lisbon treaty, and for the results of
other countries' ratification procedures, and hopes a solution can
be found which is acceptable to all before the European elections in
June 2009;
- MEPs say the financial crisis should not call
into question the EU's post-2012 climate targets, though measures
taken to meet them should be evaluated with competitiveness in mind;
- Parliament calls for Commission and Council to
pursue the establishment of a common European external policy on
energy, and for a stronger political commitment to a low carbon
economy;
- MEPs stress that there cannot be a military
solution to the conflicts in the Caucasus, condemn all those who
resorted to force to change the situation in the Georgian breakaway
territories of South Ossetia and Abkhazia and recall Russia's
"disproportionate military action." They call on Russia to respect
the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia.

Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Goes Live
The 70th Week
(February 2, 2008) - If you are familiar
with Bible Prophecy then you are aware that towards the middle of the
70th week, the False Prophet will require all to take a mark on their
right hand or forehead, and without this mark they will not be able to
buy or sell. Who ever does not take this mark and worship the beast will
be killed. Many have speculated over the years as to what this will be
and what it will look like. Here is a scriptural reference to review.
Revelation 13:15-17
And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the
beast, so that the image of the beast would even speak and
cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be
killed. And he causes all, the small and the great, and the
rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be
given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and
he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell,
except the one who has the mark, either the name of the
beast or the number of his name.
A couple of days ago the Single Euro Payments
Area or SEPA went live. This could be highly significant. You
see SEPA is a brand new way to conduct cashless transactions
throughout the EU. Not only is this another step in the
integration of the EU but it is a huge step towards a single
market. If the Anti-Christ and the False Prophet were able to be
in charge of this future single market, it would make
implementing the mark of the beast that much easier. Is SEPA the
beginning or the framework for the Mark of the Beast? Well, time
will tell, but one thing is for sure, it is worth watching.

Tumpel-Gugerell, Member of the Executive Board of the ECB Launch
event organised by the European Commission, the European Central
Bank and the European Payments Council Brussels. The countdown
is over! Today, 28 January 2008, SEPA goes live! I am pleased to
welcome you all to the launch of SEPA. First and foremost, I
would like to take this opportunity to thank the European
Commission for hosting todays event and for its cooperation
over the last few years, the fruit of which can been seen today
as SEPA comes to life. Those who have made SEPA a reality, the
banks and the service providers are here tonight and I would
like to congratulate them all. Let me also mention the work of
the Council and the European Parliament that has contributed to
making SEPA a reality. Nine years ago we introduced the
single currency. Today, we launch SEPA another important step
in European integration. But let me assure you: today is only
just the beginning! SEPA is all about integration, harmonisation
and modernisation. It is a natural consequence of the single
currency and a major step in the creation of the Single Market.
That is why the ECB has supported the project closely over the
past six years. Todays launch is the first visible result. A
single currency with a single set of payment instruments in
a single euro payments area. With SEPA, this becomes a reality.
And we, as euro area citizens, will be able to make euro
payments as cheaply, as easily and as safely as we do national
payments. All euro payments will be domestic; finally, there
will be no difference between sending a payment from Rome to
Dublin or from Brussels to Antwerp. We can now make payments not
only with euro notes and coins, but harmonised electronic
payments by European credit transfer, direct debit and payment
card as well. An important milestone has been reached
today with the launch of SEPA Credit Transfer. We are now able
to send euro payments quickly, and in the same way, to any
beneficiary in Europe. This will be followed by SEPA
Direct Debit before the end of 2009.
As a result, we will be able to make direct debit payments
across Europe, as if no borders existed. With the SEPA
Cards Framework, extensive changes await the European cards
market. The ECB expects a new European card scheme to emerge,
harmonising card payments across Europe. That said, efficient
national card schemes should not vanish, leaving the cards
market entirely to international card schemes. Lets work
together and use the experience of the national schemes to
devise a new European card scheme. Together, these three payment
instruments make up SEPA, our key to a door behind which many
opportunities lie. Once the door is open we will still have a
mountain to climb. But if we are willing to take up the
challenge and use SEPA with innovative thinking, we can reap the
full benefit. Let me stress: we do not envision opening
the door only to sit back and admire the great many
opportunities on the other side. Lets climb the mountain,
discover the opportunities and progress onwards and upwards.
Lets complement the SEPA instruments with innovative services,
such as online and mobile payment initiation, e-invoicing and
e-reconciliation. By combining
these services with SEPA instruments, we eliminate paper and the
payment process becomes fully electronic. End-users will spend
less time on payments and, as we all know, time means money.
But how will you benefit from SEPA?
Corporates make fast European
transactions, simplify your payment handling and consolidate
your liquidity management. SEPAs harmonised services can
optimise your payment process. So, request these services
from your banks and service providers.
Public administrations you will
experience the same benefits as corporates. But thats not
all. SEPA can help drive e-Government and e-procurement,
thereby promoting efficient public services. By adopting
SEPA at an early stage, you will extend its benefits to
society at large.
Consumers one bank account and one set
of payment instruments is all you need. As with euro notes
and coins, there will finally be no difference between
payments across Europe all euro payments will be
domestic.
And banks you have developed and will
form the basis of SEPA. And SEPA can help you expand your
business, as integration and harmonisation will encourage
competition. It is now up to you to use the opportunities
SEPA brings.
The
launch of SEPA today is a major step in creating the Single
Market and represents a significant contribution to the Lisbon
agenda and a more competitive Europe. It has not been easy to
arrive at where we are today SEPA has been a formidable
challenge, but formidable challenges make us stronger. It is not
time to sit back in admiration; it is time to use SEPA.
So, lets rise to the
challenge; lets use SEPA, our key; and lets discover the great
many opportunities that lie on the other side of that door.
Please note the
planned date of implementation before the end of 2009. If
you have read the

in mind that if the implementation is ready for Europe by
then, you can bet the bankers will be planning ahead to be

The time frame of the SEPA process will be upheld -
In the White Paper of May 2002, 42 European banks and the European credit
sector associations declared that a full migration to the SEPA would be
achieved by the end of 2010. In March 2005, the EPC expressed its
conviction that a critical mass of transactions will have migrated to the
SEPA payment instruments by 2010, such that the SEPA will be irreversible.
However, some banks and other stakeholders have called this deadline into
question, stating that a full migration of national to SEPA
instruments/schemes by 2010 is unrealistic, and that the modernization and
integration process of the retail payment market may extend beyond that
date. The Eurosystem has thoroughly investigated these objections and now
considers that most of the SEPA objectives, as they are defined in this
report, can be implemented by the (end of) 2010 deadline set by the banks
in 2002. It is possible that some elements of the project, and in
particular those linked to infrastructure changes and the complete
phasing-out of national instruments, will not be able to be fully achieved
by the end of 2010. However, it is clear that the move has to be
irreversible and that the phasing-out of national instruments should be
well advanced at the end of 2010. In the Third Progress Report, the Eurosystem put forward a proposal whereby citizens and commercial
enterprises should be offered the chance to use pan-European instruments,
for national and cross-border payments, as soon as 1 January 2008. This

Council (GCC) (which includes the countries of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman,

single currency and complete their most ambitious step so far towards

- Since Europe's
leaders headed home from a two-day summit in the Belgian capital Brussels,
most EU watchers have been wondering where the continent is headed. The
summit, which wrapped up on Friday, was desperately papering over the cracks
of the crisis that has been simmering since the EU's brand new constitution
was rejected by French and Dutch voters one year ago. Andrew Duff, British
Liberal-Democrat member of the European Parliament, told Aljazeera.net it
was "quite a sobering summit. It's a crisis but it's not all a disaster".
After a year of so-called reflection since last June, the EU's leaders have
put off dealing with the constitution crisis for one more year calling for
a report on possible ways forward next June, with actual necessary steps to
be taken by the end of 2008. Irish European expert Anthony Brown comments
that "the extended period of reflection was to be expected and demonstrates
the growing gap between the various camps on the constitution". Duff agrees:
"The leaders are divided between prime ministers from places that have
ratified [the constitution], those that haven't and those that can't." The
most optimistic outlook has the politicians having negotiated a renamed,
re-jigged treaty (no longer a constitution) by the end of 2008. This will
then need another two years to be ratified by the 25 member parliaments,
with most leaders hoping that this time they can avoid referenda and the
risk of more "no" votes. So at best, the
crisis over Europe's failed constitution may be resolved by 2010.

- This is the first comprehensive aviation
agreement accomplished since the adoption of a roadmap to develop the
Unions external aviation policy. A fundamental aim of this policy
is to create a wider Common Aviation Area
with neighbouring countries by 2010, starting with the integration of
South East-Europe into the single European aviation market and continuing
with the expansion of the common aviation area to the whole neighbourhood of
the EU. To assist in the improvement of standards in South-East Europe, the
EU is financing more than 30 training sessions, study visits and expert

long-term assistance in order to achieve a

Department of Defense wants biometrics by
2010 - Our Dept of Defense wants biometrics (hand scanners,
iris scanners, mark of the beast, etc.) in place by 2010. By 2010, the
Defense Department plans to use biometrics in all systems to improve
security, according to a memorandum released late last month by the
departments Biometrics Management Office. This is an important step toward
establishing a single biometric system across the DOD enterprise, said
Linda Dean, director of biometrics management.

Cosmic Rays from Mysterious Source Bombarding Earth
Universe Today
(November 19, 2008)
- Scientists have discovered an unidentified source of
high-energy cosmic rays bombarding Earth from space. They say it must be
close to the solar system and it could be made of dark matter. "This is
a big discovery," says John Wefel of Louisiana State University and
Principal Investigator for ATIC, Advanced Thin Ionization Calorimeter, a
NASA funded balloon-borne instrument high over Antarctica. "It's the
first time we've seen a discrete source of accelerated cosmic rays
standing out from the general galactic background."
The new results show an unexpected surplus of cosmic ray electrons at
very high energy 300-800 billion electron volts that must come from
a previously unidentified source or from the annihilation of very exotic
theoretical particles used to explain dark matter. "This electron excess
cannot be explained by the standard model of cosmic ray origin," said
Wefel. "There must be another source relatively near us that is
producing these additional particles."
According to the research, this source would need to be within about
3,000 light years of the sun. It could be an exotic object such as a
pulsar, mini-quasar, supernova remnant or an intermediate mass black
hole. "Cosmic ray electrons lose energy during their journey through the
galaxy," said Jim Adams, ATIC research lead at NASA's Marshall Space
Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala. "These losses increase with the energy
of the electrons. At the energies measured by our instrument, these
energy losses suppress the flow of particles from distant sources, which
helps nearby sources stand out."
The scientists point out, however, that there are few such objects close
to our solar system. "These results may be the first indication of a
very interesting object near our solar system waiting to be studied by
other instruments," Wefel said.
An alternative explanation is that the surplus of high energy electrons
might result from the annihilation of very exotic particles put forward
to explain dark matter. In recent decades, scientists have learned that
the kind of material making up the universe around us only accounts for
about five percent of its mass composition. Close to 70 percent of the
universe is composed of dark energy (so called because its nature is
unknown). The remaining 25 percent of the mass acts gravitationally just
like regular matter, but does little else, so it is normally not
visible.
The nature of dark matter is not understood, but several theories that
describe how gravity works at very small, quantum distances predict
exotic particles that could be good dark matter candidates. "The
annihilation of these exotic particles with each other would produce
normal particles such as electrons, positrons, protons and antiprotons
that can be observed by scientists," said Eun-Suk Seo, ATIC lead at the
University of Maryland, College Park.
The 4,300-pound ATIC experiment is carried to an altitude of about
124,000 feet above Antarctica using a helium-filled balloon about as
large as the interior of the New Orleans Superdome. The goal of the
project is to study cosmic rays that otherwise would be absorbed into
the atmosphere.
Is The Dark Star Bombarding Us With Electrons? I don't know,
but if indeed we are nearing the time of
the
coming day of the Lord and if that indeed
involves a brown dwarf star causing the
signs of the sixth seal and the timeline of the
HIStory, Our Future Bible studies is accurate, perhaps
this celestial body coming up from the South ecliptic of the
solar system is the mysterious source. I'll be the first to
admit that's a lot of ifs, but I have to say what I think
considering all the other
signs of the times.
I don't know, but it's the first thing that came to mind.
The Story Of Our Generation

- We are in the month of Nissan, the month of Redemption. How
we yearn for the geulah. As our Exile becomes more painful and our
hearts ache with sorrow, grief and fear, many of us find ourselves
crying out to our Father in Heaven:
"Tati, we can't take it any more. We cannot
cry another tear. We have none left. We're willing to give up
all the toys of Exile: the cars, the cell phones, the
entertainment, the 'good life' we have learned to pursue ... all
of it! Just bring us back to our Holy Land in peace and harmony.
Let us immerse ourselves in Your Holy Torah. That's all we want.
It is enough!"
Nissan is the month in which Redemption becomes reality. But how do
we bring it about? What can we do? On April 8, 2009, a little
less than a year from now, we will recite Birkas haChama, the
Blessing on the Sun. Our rabbis have instituted this prayer to be
said every twenty-eight years when the sun returns to the exact
position it occupied relative to the earth at the moment of original
Creation. But that's not all. Occasionally, a few times
throughout history, Birkas haChama has fallen on the 14th of Nissan,
the day before Passover. One of those times was directly before
Yetzias Mitzraim, the Exodus from Egypt. Another time was directly
before the original miracle of Purim. The next time will be ... next
year.
According to the Kadosh Elyon, the Ostrovster Admor, this will be
the very last time in history that Birkas haChama can fall on the
day before Passover and that, "shortly afterward, the Redemption
must come." That's right - the cosmic event that preceded the
two greatest Salvations in the history of the world will take place
again next year.
We know the Children of Israel are chosen by God to be His
emissaries in the world, to live by His Torah in the Holy Land. Why
is it that we are universally hated, reviled, cursed and attacked?
Why are we the universal scapegoat? Why is the entire world shooting
words, bullets and missiles at us? Why? Because the world's peoples
are trying to kill God Himself, trying to free themselves from moral
restraints in order to carry on their depraved lifestyles. They
can't reach God, however, so they attack His emissaries.
But we seem so helpless, so weak, so powerless. What can we do? Look
at the events of Passover. The Children of Israel were subjugated
and enslaved, victims of the "superpower" Egypt. No one could
challenge the "mighty" Pharaoh. Then came a man named Moses, a
servant of the Almighty. God ruled that Egypt must fall, and Egypt
came down like a pile of matchsticks or a house constructed of
playing cards. The mighty nation disintegrated before anyone knew
what was happening. What had seemed the ultimate power, a
civilization that would never end, blew away like a puff of smoke.
We must not be blind to the signs that are before our eyes. Did we
not see the World Trade Center topple in seconds? Did we not witness
the mighty economic structure of Bear Stearns falling apart before
our eyes? Did not the powerful governor of one of our great states
fall in the blink of an eye? These were mighty structures and mighty
men.
I am not casting aspersions on any man nor making any moral
judgments. There but for the grace of God go any of us. Yet we must
know that to assume the invincibility of anything but Almighty God
and His Torah is to depend upon straw. Egypt became a shambles and
its great army drowned in the Red Sea. The nations of the world who
strut in today's sunlight are ephemeral creations in the Eternity of
God's Reality.
We must know that God is preparing great acts that, with His mercy,
we will see in our lifetime. Cosmic events greater than the power of
any man to control are unfolding. We cannot stop them, but, if we
stick like glue to God and His Torah, we will live through them and
enter a new existence so great as to be the stuff of our dreams.

When God will return the captivity of Zion, we will be
like dreamers. Then our mouth will be filled with laughter and
our tongue with glad song. Then they will declare among the
nations, "God has done greatly with these."
Not even the mightiest of men could stop the
collapse of the mighty fortress of Egypt, and no one can stop this
process. When God desires to liberate His children, no man or nation
can stand in the way. Whoever believes the Muslim or Western nations
are strong is incorrect. They are twigs that will soon blow away in
the mighty wind God is preparing.

Trembling gripped them there, convulsions like a woman in birth
travail. With an east wind you smashed the ships of Tarshish.
When the Blessing on the Sun occurs on the 14th of
Nissan, not only does the sun return to its original position
relative to the earth; in addition, the moon is full. Both Great
Lights are in the position they occupied at the very moment of their
Creation.
Every month we say the following Kiddush Levana prayer: "May it be
Your will, my God and the God of my forefathers, to fill the flaw of
the moon that there be no diminution in it. May the light of the
moon be like the light of the sun and like the light of the seven
days of creation, as it was before it was diminished, as it is said,
'The two great luminaries.' And may there be fulfilled upon us the
verse that is written: They shall seek God, their God and David,
their king. Amen."
When the blessing of the sun occurs on the 14th of Nissan, the
universe is in exactly the same alignment as at the moment when God
created this world. Then the earth was new and pure, untouched by
corruption, a world of perfect sanctity, perfect law, perfect
alignment between man and his Creator. This was the moment of
original redemption, when God created perfect order out of chaos.
Nations of the world that dare to torture God 's chosen emissaries
and challenge our eternal right to dwell in our Holy Land in peace,
beware - the fate of Egypt will be yours. Soon we will see the
invincible power and the salvations of God. The story of Egypt is
the story of our generation.

Matthew 25:1-13.
As far as Israel is
concerned, the
significance of Purim to my studies also has some potential
connections with Bible prophecy. According to
Revelation 12:13-16, at the
time when the dragon is cast down to the earth and the man of
sin begins his reign for 3 1/2 years, Israel in Judea falls into
great tribulation that threatens her very existence. (Matthew
24:15-22) According to the timeline I came across
from other's research, the time of Israel's escape into the
wilderness could coincide with the celebration of Purim when
Israel was saved from almost assured destruction.
So I find it interesting
that my conclusions on timing had placed the day of the Lord at
some unknown specific time after February of 2009 within
approximately a month (unknown day or hour). And that according
to this article, it is just a little over a month that they
believe marks the time of creation and therefore the most
probable time for the 1,000 years to begin with sudden
destruction as prophesied. Does that make the timing I've come
to accurate? Not necessarily, but I find it interesting enough
anyways and thought I would share.

European Union is building its own network of spy satellites allowing

launch of a "pilot stage" for GMES, the commission stressed its

- Navigation, power and communications systems that rely on GPS
satellite navigation will be disrupted by violent solar activity in 2011,
research shows. A study reveals Global Positioning System receivers to be
unexpectedly vulnerable to bursts of radio noise produced by solar flares,
created by explosions in the Sun's atmosphere. When solar activity peaks in
2011 and 2012, it could cause widespread disruption to aircraft navigation
and emergency location systems that rely heavily on satellite navigation data.
Particularly intense solar activity occurs roughly every 11 years due to
cyclic changes to the Sun's magnetic field a peak period known as the solar
maximum. Solar flares send charged particles crashing into the outer fringes
of the Earth's atmosphere at high velocity, generating auroras and geomagnetic
storms.

The Little Horn
In 2005, the EU
Constitution was blocked by three nations,
England,
Netherlands, and
France. The
Constitution was going to give Javier Solana the Foreign Minister position
officially. As Kissinger once said, he would like to have a single person to
call to talk to Europe. Javier Solana is that man, Mr. Europe. What is
interesting about this is the similarities of the WEU with what Bible prophecy
describes as 10 toes of the final kingdom of history before Christ's return in
Daniel 2 as well as the 10 horns in
Daniel 7 (4th Kingdom),
Revelation 12 (Dragon),
Revelation 13 (Antichrist's kingdom), and
Revelation 17 (Antichrist's kingdom &

So the
authority Javier Solana would have officially received from the Constitution
being passed was blocked in 2005 by England, Netherlands, and France. Both France (Jacques Chirac replaced by
Nicolas Sarkozy)
and England (Tony Blair replaced by
Gordon
Brown) have new leadership and the Dutch elections brought in the
fourth
Balkenende cabinet after the resignation of the second cabinet. The
stalled Constitution is the focus of these leaders now. Angela Merkel is also
calling for an ambitious program to adopt the EU Constitution
by 2009.
The 10 horns represent 10 kings. So it would seem there are still 10 horns
when the 3 are plucked, keeping the 10 horns for the antichrist's kingdom.
I would also
like to point out that the
HIStory, Our Future Bible studies place the abomination of
desolation in February of 2009. This would place the power
officially in Javier's hands around the same time the head of the revived
Roman Empire could claim to be God
in the
rebuilt temple! The following news is related to these three nations and
the EU Constitution.
A side note to also point out that January 20,
2009 will be the transition to the new
American President as
well. If this timeline is accurate, the next elections won't matter much
because less than a month after the transition of power the man of sin will
demand worship and all power will be ceded to him.

EU Leaders Agree On Foreign Chief Reuters (June 22,
2007) - European Union leaders reached
broad agreement on Friday on a single post to run EU foreign affairs,
the first success at a summit on the bloc's future, but Poland held up
progress towards a treaty to reform the Union. The leaders of the 27
member states agreed on the job title, role and powers of a High
Representative of the European Union for foreign policy, defense and
security, diplomats said. The post will combine the jobs of foreign
policy chief Javier Solana, who does mostly crisis management, and
External Relations Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner, who controls
the executive European Commission's aid budget. The new
foreign policy chief would chair
meetings of EU foreign ministers and head a combined external action
service drawing on both national and EU diplomats,
after Britain dropped its reservations on those
points, the diplomats said. The provisional accord was reached
on the second day of a crucial summit meant to launch negotiations on
a treaty to reform the bloc's institutions, replacing the defunct EU
constitution and helping the bloc face up to global challenges. German
Chancellor Angela Merkel, hosting the summit, struggled to break
Poland's resistance to planned changes to the bloc's voting system
which Warsaw says would favor member states with larger populations
and reduce its own influence. Merkel met Polish President Lech
Kaczynski three times in 12 hours to try to ease his concerns. "We're
working hard. The problems are not yet solved but everyone is trying,"
said Merkel, who also met the leaders of the other states with
concerns over the treaty -- Britain, the Czech Republic and the
Netherlands. Finnish President Tarja Halonen said she sensed progress.
"I would say the atmosphere was today better...I am more optimistic
now than I was this morning," she told reporters. Danish Prime

and Britain threatened Thursday to exercise their vetoes to prevent
plans to draft a watered-down EU treaty at a European Union Summit,
with Warsaw

British Prime Minister Tony Blair said he would reject any treaty that
is similar to the draft constitution French and Dutch voters rejected
two years ago. Blair, attending his last international summit before
stepping down next week after a decade in power, was discussing
Britain's demands for the treaty with his successor, Treasury chief
Gordon Brown,
before heading to the two-day summit. In Warsaw, Polish Prime Minister
Jaroslaw Kaczynski
said the plan proposed by German Chancellor Angela Merkel,
the summit host, remains a problem. "The situation still does not
satisfy us," Kaczynski told the Polish Rzeczpospolita daily as his
twin brother, President Lech Kaczynski, headed to Brussels. "We should
do everything to push through our proposal or to obtain some other
solution that would equally satisfy our ambitions," the Polish prime
minister said. "Either we obtain that, or there will be a veto." The
EU is considering a voting system that takes into account each
country's population. But Kaczynski has said Poland wants compensation
for the deaths it suffered during World War II,
when Nazi Germany invaded. He argues that his country would be a much

dismissed such demands as absurd. "I don't find it appropriate

EU Constitution 'Can Be Simple' BBC

- An
EU summit next week may agree to re-name the European constitution and
re-package it as a simple treaty, a report by German officials
suggests. But the report, seen by the BBC, says this "major
concession" will only be made if the "substance" of the original deal
is preserved. Germany will be chairing the summit in Brussels, which
may agree the outline of a treaty replacing the constitution. BBC
Europe editor Mark Mardell says the report poses some problems for the
UK. He says several areas would be difficult for British leaders to
sell to the British public without a referendum. The constitution was
signed by EU member states in 2004, but was rejected by French and
Dutch voters in referendums in 2005. British, French and Dutch
politicians have argued that the treaty must be simplified to prevent
the need for further referendums. It has not been general practice, in
most member states, to put routine amendments of EU treaties to a
public vote. The German proposals are also likely to be unwelcome in
Poland, because they say nothing about changing the voting system at
meetings of the 27 governments. Poland has threatened to block the new
constitution, unless its demands are met, but is coming under intense
pressure to drop its objections. French President Nicolas Sarkozy held
talks with his Polish counterpart, Lech Kaczynski, on Thursday, and Mr
Kaczynski is due to travel to Germany for a meeting with Chancellor
Angela Merkel on Saturday. "We think that during these days of extreme

Merkel calls for EU constitution by 2009

- German Chancellor
Angela Merkel on Wednesday outlined an ambitious program for her country's
European Union presidency, saying the bloc must set a timetable for adopting
an EU constitution. Merkel told EU lawmakers during her first appearance at
the EU assembly that a decision on what to do with the constitution must be
reached by June. The constitution was ratified by 18 states but rejected in
Dutch and French referendums in 2005. Merkel said she would consult all 27
EU nations to hear their reservations about the landmark charter and to
determine which parts can be rescued to form the basis of a new document.
Germany wants to save as much as possible of the draft text, which was
designed to accelerate policy-making and give the EU, now with 489 million
people, more visibility on the world stage by creating the posts of EU
president and foreign minister. "We need a foreign minister for Europe.
That's enough of a reason to adopt a constitutional treaty," Merkel
told the European Parliament, earning a standing ovation. "We must
give a soul to Europe; we have to find Europe's soul. Any failure could be a
historic failure." Merkel also said that completing global trade
talks would be one of the priorities of Germany's six-month presidency,

Interesting how the language is
spiritual speaking about the foreign minister position. Everyone seems to be
in agreement about this too. 2009 hits an interesting time as well

The Prime Minister has welcomed
controversial plans to bring back the troubled EU constitution by the
back door - totally bypassing the need for public referendums on

suggested ditching the name "constitution" from the title and instead
calling it an "amending treaty" - to avoid having to seek the approval
of voters. French and Dutch voters rejected the original plan - which
would hand Brussels the power to represent individual countries at the
UN and change national laws - two years ago. Britain's voting rights
would be reduced by a third under the scheme and our hard-won veto on
European directives would be torn up. Britain could also lose the
right to impose quotas on immigration. Shadow Foreign Secretary
William Hague said: "If Tony Blair thinks he can hoodwink the British
people by smuggling in the rejected EU constitution under another
name, he had better think again. "He underestimates the British
people. They will see right through any shabby stitch-up. "If the Labour Government sign up to a new treaty that takes powers from
Britain and hands them over to the EU, the British people must have
the final say in a referendum." The Germans believe "as much of the
substance of the constitution as possible" should be kept, renamed and

Originally, Tony Blair said he would hold a British vote on the
treaty, expected during 2006. However, when France rejected the treaty
on 29 May, he said it was too early to say whether Britain would hold
its referendum. Instead, Mr Blair called for "time for reflection".
After the Netherlands rejection on 1 June, Foreign Secretary Jack
Straw said there were "profound questions ... about the future
direction of Europe". Mr Straw will make full statement to the House
of Commons on Monday 6 June on the impact of the referendums. He is
expected to announce that the Bill to allow a referendum in the UK
will be shelved. The government is not saying publicly that the latest
two "No" votes kill the constitution - it says no one country can
declare the treaty dead. But ministers say the votes leave the
constitution in "serious difficulty" and Mr Blair will discuss their
impact with fellow European leaders at a summit in Brussels on 16
June. The Conservatives say the treaty dead, but they still want a UK
referendum if any of the changes proposed in the treaty are introduced
in some other way. This view is shared by the No Campaign group. The
Liberal Democrats argue there is now no prospect of a referendum, a
feeling shared by the cross-party pro-Europe group Britain in Europe.
Scottish National leader Alex Salmond said it would be a sign of
"arrogance" if Britain pressed ahead with a referendum. The UK
Independence Party believes the UK should now hold a vote on whether
or not to remain a member of the European Union.

French voters resoundingly rejected the proposed European
Union constitution Sunday, handing a devastating political defeat to
President Jacques Chirac of France and perhaps a fatal blow to the treaty
that seeks to pull the 25 member countries together in a closer union. A
bitter, divisive campaign concluded with a high turnout for the
referendum, estimated at 70 percent. According to the Interior Ministry,
the "no" camp won with 54.9 percent of the vote, while 45.1 percent voted
"yes." The "no" vote was seen by analysts and commentators as a political
earthquake that would probably transform the landscape of French politics
and cause wider repercussions across Europe, where discontent is breaking
out over stagnant economies and a political elite perceived as out of
touch with the demands of voters. Nine European countries, including
Germany, have approved the constitution, but opinion polls indicate that
the Netherlands will join France in rejecting the treaty in a vote set for
Wednesday. The "no" vote in France, one of the founding members of the

voters rejected it by a massive margin, voicing their concern over dwindling

momentum, which had been welcomed by some as creating a new world power but

Calamitous Web Bot Predictions

George Ure and his colleague 'Cliff',
two self-described "time monks," shared dire predictions based
on their web bot technology. Their method captures changes in
language patterns within Internet discussions. This aggregated
data is then processed with software to determine various
keywords, which they interpret in a predictive fashion.
Beginning on October 7, 2008 and running through March 2009,
they foresee a calamitous period on an epic scale. America will
be beset by a variety of problems, which they broke down as
45-48% related to the economy, 40% concerning the military, and
the rest associated with natural disasters. Between 2 and 22
million lives could be lost or seriously impacted, they
estimated, possibly related to a "global coastal event" in 2009.
On Dec. 10-12th, 2008, a large quake could hit the Pacific
Northwest, they added.
The two recommended developing self-sufficiency and the
ability to live off the grid. They also spoke about strange
disappearances next year, in which people, including those in
power, will vanish without a trace into inter-dimensional
doorways. Additionally, an object they call a "coherer" -- a
reverse-engineered or left-behind dimensional artifact is
currently in the possession of people who are concerned for
their lives.
There are several
aspects of this show that I found very intriguing given the
conclusions of my own research from a Biblical point of
view. I don't fully understand their methods of pulling
data, but the conclusions of that data match up very much
with the timeline of the
HIStory, Our Future Bible studies. I'll run
through a couple points here with a caveat that I think they
are missing the Biblical worldview that they could be seeing
about to unfold.
First of all, this
window of October 2008 through March 2009 that they expect
epic calamities in could very well describe what I believe
must come to pass in order for the timeline linked above to
be accurate. That being essentially the
second and
third seals in full-force, the
destruction of Damascus (Isaiah
17) and the
retaliation of the Magog forces (Ezekiel
38,39). On top of that, there is the current
financial meltdown that will be exasperated by the
instability and our current fluctuating monetary system.
This leads to the
timing aspect because according to scripture, there will be
a new financial order where nobody will be able to buy or
sell without a mark and a pledge of allegiance to the man of
sin, who will declare himself to be God in the rebuilt
temple. I believe that will be done by Israel after God
protects them from the Magog invasion. On the economic side,
the quickest and easiest way to implement a new global
currency is if you don't have to print or mint anything. The
technology is already here with RFID and Somark has an RFID
tattoo ink currently being used to track cattle ironically.
With Paypass readers popping up all over in businesses,
we're very close to possible implementation. According to
the HIStory, Our Future conclusions, that implementation
would be around the middle of 2009.
Then there is the
disappearances of 2009. According to scripture, it is soon
after the abomination of desolation that Yeshua comes to
gather His bride to Himself. We will be changed in a moment,
the twinkling of an eye after the dead in Christ are first
raised incorruptible. Together with them we will meet the
Lord in the air.

the "rapture," I felt quite differently listening to them
discuss what they were seeing. We will be given our
incorruptible bodies and will be as the angels in heaven and
this could very well involve an instantaneous transition to
another dimension unseen by the human eye after which time
we will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air. According
to the HIStory, Our Future Bible studies, this event
takes place at some unknown day or hour within a month
following the abomination of desolation in February of 2009.

What's more, according
to scripture when Yeshua comes to gather His bride, it is
with sudden destruction and wrath like the days of Noah and
Lot. Upon examining the events of the seven trumpet and
seven bowl judgments, the initial events of the first and
second trumpets could very well cause the "global coastal
event" of 2009.
Revelation 8:7-9
The first angel sounded, and there followed hail
and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the
earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all
green grass was burnt up. And the second angel sounded,
and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was
cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea
became blood; And the third part of the creatures which
were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third
part of the ships were destroyed.
So are they seeing
something in their computer models that is sensing reality
approaching? I don't know, but I find it eerily familiar to
what my own separate research of Bible prophecy has led me
to in regard to the timing of the end. As you can see with
the other supporting evidence, Europe is positioned and
fulfilling Bible prophecy and we could very well be seeing
the beginning of the end become more and more clear and
obvious to those watching.

in mind that he doesn't have a Christian perspective and at
times spouts a New Age type of philosophy. I share it not for

Isaiah 2:12-21 He also believes
it is the sun's binary star, commonly called
Planet-X, and that the secret governments know it is coming
and that is one of the reasons they are preparing the
underground cities. They also help in running a world that
nobody knows about.
Recorded on December 7, 2006, he predicts from
what he has learned, that the implementation of the global
governance plans would be around 2007-2008, but isn't sure on
timing, just on what is coming. Technology has brought us to a

Resulting from the HIStory, Our Future Bible Studies
After I had taken the exact-day prophecies and
connected that framework with the end date of the
14,000 days
on Rosh Hashanah, 2005, some interesting dates showed up, one of
them being
Purim, 2009. I'll let the link give
the details, but basically Purim commemorates a time when the Jewish
people living in Persia were saved from extermination.
The date for the abomination of desolation from the
exact-day prophecies and Rosh Hashanah was
February 16, 2009. Purim is on
March
9-10, 2009, 22 days after the abomination of desolation. If
you have looked over my studies of the
great tribulation and the
time of Jacob's trouble, you will
see that what I read from scripture (before finding this
information) is that the time of Jacob's trouble can only last a
month at most because Israel is protected for 1260 days from the
dragon.
Revelation 12:14
However,
Matthew 24:22 states that this time
is cut short. If it were not, there would be no Israel in the
mountains to protect in the wilderness as the dragon sends the flood
after the woman in the mountains. The earth swallows this flood
though and the 1/3 who obeyed Christ's warning to run at the
abomination of desolation will be taken to the wilderness.
What I find curious is that 22 days after the start of the great
tribulation, and just short of a month like
Matthew 24:22 implies, is Purim,
2009! What this means is that it may very well be that the end of
the time of Jacob's trouble and the continuation of the remaining 3½
years of great tribulation may transition on the very holiday
celebrating the salvation from complete destruction planned for
them! Coincidence? There's some even more interesting stuff when
examining 22 from the Hebrew language.
The other dates also have significance as well. For instance, 1260
days from the abomination of desolation is the end of the
antichrist's reign.
Revelation 13:1-5 We also know that
he and the false prophet are cast into the lake of fire upon
Christ's return in glory.
Revelation 19:20 In addition, we
know that Christ said Israel would not see Him again until they said
"blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord."
Luke 13:34,35 We also know that
Israel is in the wilderness protected, which doesn't happen until
after the antichrist's 1260 days has begun, until after Christ
returns in glory.
Revelation 12:14
What is fascinating is that 1,260 days from
February 16, 2009 leads to
July 30,
2012. Tisha B'Av is July 29, 2012.
If you know the history of the 9th of Av to the Jewish people, you
know the significance of this date and how the Jews in the
wilderness might take Armageddon with the world converging once
again on Jerusalem on the
9th
of Av. Could it be that this date and Armageddon are the straw
that breaks the camel's back so to speak and Israel calls upon
Yeshua as the Messiah finally as a nation? That is what Christ said
it would take for Israel to see Him again.

No, I'm not crazy. In fact, I believe the idea of a binary
brown dwarf star passing in its orbit between the Earth and the
Sun would give the very signs prophesied to occur at the sixth
seal heralding the

There are reports in conspiracy circles about giant
underground cities built by the shadow government. Until these
pieces began to come together, I probably would have thought the
same thing. I don't get out much, but something like that should
be noticed, right? Well there are many reasons, scientific and
in agreement with Bible prophecy, that I give credence to the
possibility. One of the most recent is through Jaysen Q. Rand's
book
The
Return of Planet-X, which places a dual pass-by of a
brown dwarf binary star in 2009 and 2012.
He believes the Mayan calendar is not a mystical fortune-telling
calendar, but rather operates on the orbit of this approaching
celestial body and hence why it ends in 2012. It just so happens
that my separate previous Bible studies assembled into
HIStory, Our Future: Pearls for the Bride, place the
sixth seal immediately after the time of Jacob's trouble in the
midst of the same week of
Daniel 9:27, which is
February 2009 for the
abomination of
desolation and July 29, 2012
for the return of Christ.
Please note I am not predicting the day of Christ's
return in glory. It is the coming with sudden destruction
that begins the day of the Lord that we don't know the day
or hour of. We are told in
Matthew 24:15-22,
Revelation 13:5 and
Daniel 7:25 that the
antichrist begins a 42-month reign that is brought to an end
when Christ returns in glory.
Revelation 19:20 It is
therefore evident that if Christ is coming with sudden
destruction like the days of Noah and that is God's wrath
for the children of disobedience,
Ephesians 5:1-8, and the
seat of the antichrist, then it follows that the day and
hour we don't know is the same as the unknown sudden
destruction of the day of the Lord that comes like a thief
in the night.
1 Thessalonians 5:1-11 We
also know that Christ comes again after the marriage of the
Lamb,
Revelation 19:7-14, with
the wife at the point of the antichrist and false prophet's
destruction.
Given the Electro-Magnetic nature of the universe and
scientific observations, it becomes clear that the approach of
this celestial body would have a great effect on the sun, which
is electrically connected to the other stars in the Milky Way,
and result in the increased temperature over the past century as
well as accounting for the increased
global warming not only on Earth, but Mars and elsewhere in
our solar system as its center becomes more active. Please watch

A lot of information you may find regarding this is focused
on surviving. I just want to be clear that Yeshua died for the
sins of man and He told Abraham, if there are 10 righteous that
He would not send His wrath. The wrath of God is not for the
righteous and there is none righteous outside of Christ alone.
For those who believe this and obey
His ways of love, He
is coming to gather to Himself before the destruction of His
wrath comes. This is the
escape of the bride to the marriage of the Lamb. Our hope is
not in this world and neither is it our home, but we are the
salt and light of it.
