- Mysterious
Georgia
(June 10, 2005)
- On one of the highest hilltops in Elbert County, Georgia
stands a huge granite monument. Engraved in eight different
languages on the four giant stones that support the common capstone
are 10 Guides, or commandments. That monument is alternately
referred to as The Georgia Guide stones, or the American Stonehenge.
Though relatively unknown to most people, it is an important link to
the Occult Hierarchy that dominates the world in which we live.

Can Someone Who Lives in Insane Luxury Be a Star in Today's World?
(June 10, 2005)
- For many years Ben Stein has written a biweekly column called
"Monday Night At Morton's." (Morton's is a famous chain of
Steakhouses known to be frequented by movie stars and famous people
from around the globe.) Now, Ben is terminating the column to move
on to other things in his life. Reading his final column is worth a
few minutes of your time. Ben Stein's Last Column. more...

'Sanhedrin' plans rebuilding of Temple (June
10, 2005)
- The Israeli rabbinical council involved with re-establishing the
Sanhedrin, is calling upon all groups involved in Temple Mount
research to prepare detailed architectural plans for the
reconstruction of the Jewish Holy Temple. The Sanhedrin was a 71-man
assembly of rabbis that convened adjacent to the Holy Temple before
its destruction in 70 AD and outside Jerusalem until about 400 AD.
The move followed the election earlier this week of Rabbi Adin
Steinsaltz as temporary president of a group aspiring to become
Judaism's highest-ranking legal-religious tribunal.
(I believe that with the public re-discovery of the Ark of the Covenant,
the world will back the rebuilding of the temple because of the
archaeological evidence it will provide.)

Sex Booklet Condemned by Family Campaigners (June
10, 2005)
- A new booklet about sex and relationships aimed at under-16s was
condemned by family campaigners today. The fpa, formerly the Family
Planning Association, has produced the booklet called Love, Sex,
Relationships which is aimed at youngsters aged 13 to 16. As well as
discussing emotions and body image, the publication also includes
information about oral sex, anal sex and a section entitled: “How
can I be good at sex?”. The campaign group Family and Young
Concern said booklets like this “serve only to normalise sexual
activity among young people under the age of consent”. (I
can't believe this is considered ok by those pushing it!) too

May Use Sound Weapon on Settlers (June 10, 2005)
- Israel is considering using an unusual new weapon against Jewish
settlers who resist this summer's Gaza Strip evacuation - a device
that emits penetrating bursts of sound that leaves targets reeling
with dizziness and nausea. Security forces could employ the weapon
to overcome resistance without resorting to force, their paramount
aim. But experts warn that the effects of prolonged exposure are
unknown. The army employed the new device, which it dubbed "The
Scream," at a recent violent demonstration by Palestinians and
Jewish sympathizers against Israel's West Bank separation barrier. more...

Shares Iraq Experiences -- "The corporate prayers of Christians
are the greatest resource deployed soldiers have available."
(June 10, 2005)
- Major Ernie Carroll, director of missions for the Friendship
Baptist Association in Alabama, returned this spring from a 13-month
deployment to Iraq as a chaplain in the Alabama Army National Guard.
He was stationed at Camp Falcon in Baghdad, Iraq, with the 231st
Military Police Battalion. "I am still in the process of
discovering how this life-changing event has changed me,"
Carroll said in an interview with The Alabama Baptist after
his return. In a question-and-answer session, Carroll talked about
his experiences and those of the soldiers he serves. Among the
questions he was asked was, "What is the greatest need soldiers
have, and how can Alabama Baptists meet it, and what were some of
the ways churches ministered to deployed soldiers?" His
response: "Each soldier needs prayer and they need to know that
you are praying for them. The prayers of Alabama Baptists were
effective and used by God for me and my ministry. The corporate
prayers of Christians are the greatest resource deployed soldiers
have available. We need to remember in prayer the families of those
soldiers who have given the ultimate sacrifice and not let their
service be forgotten." "The churches sent care packages,
phone cards and prayer notes. We were all on the Wednesday night
prayer lists, and we knew we were being kept before God by Christian
people at Wednesday night prayer meetings," said Carroll.
"It told the soldiers they were not forgotten and that they
were supported back home. By taking the time and money to send care
packages, the churches were saying, 'We remember you and we care.'
It made my work as a chaplain more effective, because I had
something tangible to place in the hands of the soldiers. It became
a ministry of care and comfort." more...

Man's Inspiration Brings the "Gift of Mobility to Thousands of
Physically Disabled Poor Around the World"
Nearly 30 years ago Don Schoendorfer was in Morocco when he
witnessed a crippled woman using her fingernails to help her crawl
across a dirt road, dragging her body behind. An idea was birthed
that day, out of compassion for that woman, an idea to give the
"gift of mobility" to poor people around the world.
Schoendorfer, a mechanical engineer began working on an inexpensive
yet durable wheelchair that could be mass-produced and donated to
the world's physically disabled to whom the thought of owning a
wheelchair is financially beyond. After experimenting with different
designs, Schoendorfer tried a common white plastic lawn chair and
found it perfect in fit and cost. He added inexpensive bike tires,
black metal casters and bearings and saw his inspiration take shape.
He started out bringing four of the wheelchairs to India on his
church's medical mission trip. While there he noticed a father
carrying his disabled young son and he ran out to get a chair. more...

Elected to Head Re-established Sanhedrin (June
7, 2005)
- As parades filled the streets of Jerusalem Monday - Jerusalem Day
- the reestablished Sanhedrin convened in the city to elect a Nassi
and representatives to lead it. The Sanhedrin was
reestablished last October in Tiberias, the place of its last
meeting 1,600 years ago. Since then, it has met in Jerusalem on a
monthly basis, various committees meeting more often to discuss
issues ranging from the areas of the Temple Mount permitted to
Jewish worshipper by Jewish law, to the establishment of courts of
non-Jews who accept the Seven Laws of Noah and to Prime Minister
Ariel Sharon's plan to uproot the Jewish communities of Gaza and
northern Samaria. Semicha - original rabbinic ordination - was
successfully reintroduced when hundreds of Israel's rabbis agreed on
the worthiness of a certain rabbi to serve on the Sanhedrin. This
was also agreed upon by leading Sephardic and Ashkenazic spiritual
leaders Rabbi Ovadia Yosef and Rabbi Shalom Elyashiv. This fulfilled
the Jewish legal requirements as outlined by Maimonides. The
rabbi himself eventually backed down from serving as Nassi of the
Sanhedrin due to pressure from a leading Hassidic rabbi, but not
before granting semicha to Rabbi Tzvi Idan, who granted semicha to
the 71 other members of the body and served as its temporary Nassi.
- Take
Back the Temple Mount! (June 6, 2005)
- Today is Yom Yerushalayim –
Jerusalem Day – the anniversary on the Hebrew calendar of
Israel’s liberation of the Holy City during the 1967 Six-Day War. And today, of all days, the country
received a potent reminder regarding the intolerance and bigotry
being fostered by ascendant Palestinian nationalism and Islamic
fundamentalism. When a small
group of Jews ascended the Temple Mount this morning to visit
Judaism’s holiest site, they were set upon by a group of
Palestinians, who emerged from the gold-roofed Dome of the Rock and
attacked them with stones, slightly injuring two of them. The
police were forced to step in and restore calm, but only after
resorting to the use of stun grenades to quell the attackers. The Temple Mount, of course, is
effectively under the control of the Muslim Wakf, which is an arm of
the Palestinian Authority. And so, while Israel is sovereign over
the area, in practice the government allows the Palestinians to
dictate what happens on the site of the ancient Temples of
Jerusalem. This is not only
an affront to Jewish history – but as the attack today
demonstrated, it is also an outrageous and absurd situation, in
which Jews can not safely visit our holiest of sites. The
world media will undoubtedly distort today’s incident beyond
recognition – but the key point to bear in mind is this: why is it
that Palestinians feel they can riot because Jews visit a holy
place? And, more
importantly, why does Israel tolerate such a situation? The
time has come for Israel to take back the Temple Mount, once and for
all, and to reassert its control over the area. That is the only way
to ensure that Jews, as well as others, are free to visit the site
and worship there freely. more comments to

Father-Son Team Patents New Technology to Overcome Dyslexia
Kelly Hartog / Aimee Herd reporting (June
6, 2005)
- Editor's Note: This story and the one that follows are both
good examples of the amazing creativity and knowledge coming out of
Israel. One can't help but feel it is the favor of the Lord on His
Chosen People, the Jews.. Jesus said "salvation is from the
Jews" and that means salvation and being saved in every way. -
Aimee Herd, Breaking Christian News.
After 11 years of research and development in Israel, 42-year-old
Yossi Kullok and his father Saul unveiled the BrightStar technology
in 2001, to help people overcome dyslexia, a neurological disorder
which interferes with the processing of language. According to
Kullok, 75 percent of dyslexia is due to hearing dysfunction, where
a person hears a word but cannot separate it into vowels and
consonants. The other 25 percent of dyslexia is a result of visual
impairment, involving cells in the eye that process and send
information to the brain.

Allows Humans to Breathe Like Fish Underwater
Bill Christensen / Teresa Neumann Reporting (June
6, 2005)
- Technovelgy reports that an inventor from Israel,
Izhar-Bodner, has developed a way for divers to breathe underwater
without cumbersome oxygen tanks. His apparatus is designed to use
air that is dissolved in water, just like fish do.
Bodner's patent abstract reads:
A self-contained open-circuit breathing apparatus for use within
a body of water naturally containing dissolved air. The apparatus is
adapted to provide breathable air. The apparatus comprises an inlet
means for extracting a quantity of water from the body of water. It
further comprises a separator for separating the dissolved air from
the quantity of water, thereby obtaining the breathable air. The
apparatus further comprises a first outlet means for expelling the
separated water back into the body of water, and a second outlet
means for removing the breathable air and supplying it for
breathing. The air is supplied so as to enable it to be expelled
back into the body of water after it has been breathed.
