Messiah 2030

(2023 - 127 min.) Messiah 2030: The Prophetic Messianic Timeline - Part 1 explores dozens of Biblical prophecies that not only point to the exact year of the Messiah’s first coming (30 C.E.), but those same prophecies even point to the year of his return (2030 C.E.). It has all been hidden in plain sight for thousands of years.

No man knows the day and hour of the Messiah’s return, however the Bible makes it definitively clear we are to know the season (Matt 24:32-36).

This is a call for a watch, not setting a date. If your house is not in order, and you do not know our Savior, there is no time like the present.

My Review

What I benefited from

I’ve long taken 2 Peter 3:8 to heart along with Revelation verses of the 1,000 year reign of Christ. I’ve also felt this is one of the signs of the nearness of the Lord’s return, but this presentation has taken that to a whole new level. Some elements were hard for me to connect solidly as presented and will require further thought and study on my part to validate for my own acceptance, but this is overall an impressive collection of correlations that build greatly on my understanding of the overarching plan of God for mankind.

It is awe-inspiring to see how the Holy Spirit spoke through people of the time, and the ones that documented what they said, to bring such subtle connections to the pages that would be overlooked if not for the kind of work done here and by others who cover other areas of scripture.

The exact year 30 A.D. is somewhat debated, with some pointing to 33 A.D. or 32 A.D. I had never really done a personal in-depth study on determining the year of the crucifixion. In my mind that detail is not as relevant given the signs we will be seeing as the last day approaches. However, this video prompted me to do my own study on the timing of Yeshua’s crucifixion, which you can review here and the chart here, and I came to the same conclusion of 30 A.D. with some very interesting reasons as to why. Somewhat related, I also did a recent look into the name of the LORD in the Old Testament, which you can read here, that added a little something to the symbology of the crucifixion from YHVH I found amazing.

I have found that this study has changed how I read the word day in scripture when in prophetic context. While I’ve always accepted 2 Peter 3:8 in terms of that day for 1,000 years, I only really tended to think of the future in regards to it. The number of examples presented here highlighting this has caused me to think a little differently and makes several passages make a bit more sense.

This has given me a lot to think about and a framework to add my own studies surrounding the massive upheavals of life as we know it that will come with the Day of the Lord and our gathering to Him. While the various exact-day prophecies in scripture provide no dates, they do provide a framework that will allow those who are watching to recognize the season changing as we get ever closer to the blessed hope. As the birthpangs grow greater and closer together, there will be a lot to watch for and even now it can be overwhelming.

This has also convicted me as though I’ve been feeling for the past almost 20 years that time is short, I have not been as good an evangelist for those to whom this time will not be a blessed hope, but a time of sudden destruction. I have tended to be focused on the meat of the Word and understanding what is to come from a Christian perspective and neglected the milk that so many need to nourish them and get them to a place of accepting their Messiah so they can grow and begin to digest the kind of information provided here.

What I disagree with

I do not agree with the conclusion of the authors of this video that, if 2030 is relevant, it points to the return of Christ at the end of the 70th week of Daniel.

In their view, the second coming is at the end of the 70th week when Christ returns in glory and therefore their placing of the abomination of desolation is about 3 1/2 years before. Based on the Day of the Lord (sudden destruction)/Day of Christ (gathering to Him) coming with sudden destruction in the midst of the week, I believe that 2030 would be around the time of the abomination of desolation and so 2027 would be the start of the 70th week and if Chris White’s research is right, we should start to see Israel conquer her enemies leading up to and around this time and the rebuilding of the temple start to take place in Jerusalem.

I do have some concern that pre-trib proponents will dismiss this before they ought because they would expect Yeshua to gather His bride to heaven in 2023 sometime. Holding a pre-wrath view myself, we will have signs prior to the Lord’s coming to gather His elect and indeed I believe the gathering of the elect and the sudden destruction both happen at the same time, starting the 7th day. Not only does the day of the Lord start with sudden destruction, but it is within this day that the current heavens and earth are melted with a fervent heat just prior to the new heavens and new earth. 2 Peter 3:10

As with most things prophetic events, we likely won’t know until after or just before as things come into alignment. Whether the year presented in this documentary is accurate or not, I believe the time they’re talking about will indeed be the 1,000 year reign of Christ following the 3 ½ years of destruction prior to Him taking the kingdoms and ruling on the earth until sin is destroyed with this heaven and earth. Keep watching!
